Haeckels subscription box

No spoilers please, but had anyone had their August box yet? Last month I received it on July 1st but I've not even had a dispatch email yet.

Mine has just arrived. I had a message yesterday that it would be here this afternoon 🤷‍♀️. I’m pleased with it. I’ve not had one I’ve not liked yet.

I've not even had an email yet. I switched to the 1 year subscription and am now regretting it. Wondering if 1 year people get deliveries last as they have all our money already so we can't just cancel. 😥

I doubt it. My first box was the coffee one. November? I was one of the first to receive it, the next one was later & my last ones were very late. Today's is one of the first. I think they're just mixing up the order which is probably the fairest way.

Mine's out for delivery - I don't think there's rhyme or reason regarding sending out the boxes - I think it's to do with the distribution networks and how efficient they are (as noted before, I am near London but outside ULEZ), good transport/well connected).

It's just arrived. I'm very happy. It's my 5th box & I've been pleased with all of them.

I'm not convinced. I'm in inner London (zone 1/2 border). It would be hard to be better connected than where I live.

I guess I just have to accept it'll arrive when it arrives and stop thinking about it. 🙄

Mine arrived 30 mins ago. A crowd pleaser judging by comments/wants on this thread...! Still, I am going to moan as I don't routinely use one of the products and then have literally just bought a similar product (which came in a delivery from John Lewis earlier today). Doh!

I cancelled last month and now I’m getting fomo reading about boxes arriving!

Mine just arrived (at 9.20pm, very strange time for DPD here!!). I trust myself not to say much until everyone has theirs, I will definitely get next month’s though!

Mine arrived today and I'm very pleased with it.

Still no email for me. Quite a few people on Discord who switched from monthly to annual all saying they're still waiting for boxes. People are sounding very unimpressed. No response from Haeckels. I'm really fed up with them and frustrated that I can't cancel.

It's not very good @HundredMilesAnHour it just takes an email explaining what's happening to solve the problem.

I know you're always last, and delivery needs sorting, but I did laugh that people who have always been first and didn't think the staggered dispatch was a problem, now think it's a problem.

I've always got mine in the middle of the delivery schedule.

Mine arrived yesterday but I don’t get back until Tuesday evening 😭 definitely feel free to talk about contents though and I’ll check in when I’m back!

I still haven't had an email re delivery even, let alone received my box. 😓

I'm normally one of the first and this time I haven't got it yet - but I'm not that bothered. Although the irony is I'm only a couple of minutes away from Haeckels and could easily pick it up. But please don't wait for me. 🙂

I’m back and have mine - I’m really happy! I can imagine there might be a few who are a bit disappointed at the lack of innovation / new products though

It is two standard products @rougechaotic but probably crowd pleasers and I'm looking forward to using them.

My cupboard is looking fuller but I've a few products that are almost empty so will be able to swap into new ones soon.

I have £6 remaining on a Haeckels gift card which I won’t use. If anyone would like it, let me know!
