No spoilers please, but had anyone had their August box yet? Last month I received it on July 1st but I've not even had a dispatch email yet.

That response is interesting - I think the feedback must be similar to how I’m feeling about this box… perfectly nice but I wouldn’t pay £30 for it. I’ll wait until everyone has the box before saying anything else!

I could only read every 4th word but think I got the gist! TBH I've been hoping for the skincare products as the main product. They appear to be sending one product around the £20/22 price point then a new experimental product and a teeny sample. Was there a £5 voucher last time? This time it's £10. Is there a problem redeeming this in store?
I am not sure they understand the value/excitement of the big reveal - it's important for everyone to have the box at the same time!

Is there anywhere I can go to see what’s in this month’s box? Mine hasn’t been delivered yet and I’m curious after reading the above screenshots!

Yeah I like the products but I’m struggling to see how this months box could possibly be worth £30. The vouchers are meh for me as there’s nothing you could buy without dipping into your pocket

Mine's not due until Monday now but fingers crossed it gets put out for delivery today.

Agree with this - while the main product might retail for £30 it’s not something I would ever spend £30 on (no matter how nice it is!) I also don’t love that the magazine talks about the packaging being experimental and them wanting feedback on how well the product keeps in it!

in theory I like the vouchers and tried to use one last night for one of the perfume minis BUT unless you spend £50+ you pay for shipping and the discount is then £5 and you can’t use them in store (hopefully that will change as the Haeckels response indicates)

Based on the clue in the mag I think I know what will be in the box next month too (and it’s something I already get as a monthly subscription) so sadly I think this might be it for me with the boxes (watch the next box be amazing 🤣)

Just received my box. It's quite disappointing for me actually. The main product isn't something I use. Will have to regift it. The second product is small and the packaging of it makes it difficult to handle. And the sample is.. meh. Disappointed the vouchers can only be used one per email address.. but also good point below about the delivery cost actually taking up half of the voucher anyway. I can see they've had negative feedback and it's great they seem to be acknowledging this. Unfortunately I will be cancelling because I can't quite justify it anymore. I had three boxes in total. The only hits for me really was the full size candle which smells lovely and the generous sample of the serum from the previous boxes.

My feedback would be that the staggered dispatch isn't working. I've been in the last batch three months running and the contents have pretty much been revealed in other places this month.

I've just cancelled my subscription... looking back at the three boxes I received the only product I've really loved and that I would have bought for myself is the candle! I was really hoping for more skincare products. I would have been so happy with any of the earlier boxes that they sent out (boxes 01 - 03) too – but it seems that the boxes can only be like they were at a smaller scale and they just have too many subscribers now to include those kinds of products! As I mentioned, I think I know what's in the next box based on the clue in the mag this month, and I'd be a bit disappointed with it as I already get it. I will definitely keep an eye on upcoming boxes though and if they make changes may resubscribe (and will live vicariously through this thread!)

I’ve decided to cancel too - @rougechaotic agree re: not being excited about one of the next products. I thought about sticking with it until the one after but that’s another £60 to wait and see if things improve. At this point I can buy products I actually want and have less wastage. The first few boxes were phenomenal and I have most of those products still - in use or yet to be opened. So I feel like it’s been a good run but now I’m cutting my losses 😊

@Saurus72 the first three boxes were amazing - I’m so disappointed I was late to the party!! I came for fragrance and skincare and £90+ later ended up with seaweed tea and a room spray I can’t stand the smell of 🤣

@rougechaotic When you put it like that it’s kind of shocking! This is why I like the Liberty beauty drop - I’d spend the money anyway, you get free postage and the quarterly boxes are a nice little bonus, no downsides really!

Mine has arrived but I'm not home yet. Yes, last month the box didn't get dispatched until I contacted them to ask for an update. They realised there was a batch they hadn't sent.

Yep, I was one of the last to receive last months.

I've cancelled too :( they've had a few unsubscribers this month! I love the ethics of the brand and maybe will revisit in the future. I haven't been super impressed with the 3 boxes I've had so far and don't feel the £90+ spent has been worth it. It seems they're very aware of feedback though so they'll probably try to improve things going forwards! Will keep an eye on this thread to live vicariously through you guys to see what you get (and get fomo most likely )

I started with box 3 and loved the hand wash. I sold the perfume so that box was a winner.

Box 4, loved the candle and quite liked the seaweed tea once I'd got over the fact that it wasn't 'beauty'.

Box 5, I like a room/linen spray and would happily pay up to £20 so was happy with that and the hand balm. Maybe not the most exciting, but still good value for me.

Box 6, I like the products but I don't feel that the value is there.

Moving forward, I think we can guess where next month's partner product is from. So it's not 'beauty' and it needs to be a fairly high value arty to ensure everyone can use the disposable part of it.
