Scent that people have stopped you and asked what it is

Just that really. I'd love to know what scent you have worn that others have commented positively on, or where strangers have asked what perfume it is.
Please let me know which brand/names that have elicited this reaction and whether from a man or a woman?

Most compliments I've ever had bizzarely when I was wearing no perfume but lathered up in Piz Buin sun cream!!

Tom Ford Sahara Noir (sadly discontinued) is the absolute standout for me. Conserving my one remaining bottle. Every time I wear it men both and women comment on how fabulous it smells.

Have you tried the Perfume Parlour dupe? I don't have this one but I do have a few other TF dupes and they are pretty spot on.

Alien, my friend used to wear it and I wasn't keen. DH bought it for me and it smells totally different on me.

Fracas, Glossier, Chanel 1957 and surprisingly at the very cheap but marvellous level Jill Sander Sun and J Lo Glamour. I just love it when someone compliments me on how I smell!

to those of you that like Le Labo, what else do you wear?

I like Le Labo Santal 33 but I don't think other perfumes I wear are very similar to it. I think it's quite masculine smelling?

I like Cristalle, Coco, Obsession, Eau Dyanimisante, Miller Harris Lumiere Doree Eau and Calle Heartache by Imaginary Authors to name but a few.

I once stopped a random man in the street because his cologne was incredible. Almost made me weak at the knees haha. It was Issey Miyake. I now wear the female version and get compliments on it all the time.

I also love 'Au thé Blanc' by Bvlgari and that gets a lot of compliments too.

My DH wore Issey Miyake on our wedding day and I still love it

I would always smell this amazing purfume and would always be told it was Calvin Klein Eternity. So i brought some and it was not the smell. Until my sister in law gave an old bottle of purfume to my daughter it was Calvin Klein Eternity Summer ☀️ but the icy lilac and green coloured bottle from 2016. Sadly they change the CK summer every year 😪 cant get any now.

Is Molecule 01 really that amazing? I keep reading about people getting stopped in the street while wearing it but I’m wondering if that’s just hype?

You can't always smell it much on yourself! But other people can and seem to like it.

I wear this or 154. Trouble is that JM doesn't stay on. Do you reapply during that day?
