Scent that people have stopped you and asked what it is

Just that really. I'd love to know what scent you have worn that others have commented positively on, or where strangers have asked what perfume it is.
Please let me know which brand/names that have elicited this reaction and whether from a man or a woman?

Kedu by Memo: always gets a reaction

All Saints Incense City - I've had a few comments on that, funnily enough all from men

Ariana Grande Cloud always gets comments.

I’ve only ever asked someone once what they were wearing, and it was Daisy by Marc Jacobs.

She smelled fabulous but I couldn’t get past the stupid TV ad.

Hardly anyone mentions my perfumes which makes me think they either die on me or smell dreadful on me which makes me a bit sad.

I've had a couple of comments on My Way Georgio Armani though recently which pleased me enormously. Oh and Si got one complement from a friend that I hugged which made me think I don't put enough on? I dread being that middle aged woman that's drenched in dreadful perfume making everyone gag though

Thank you so much for the recommendation of this company, I hadn't heard of them before. I might have just impulse bought Gorse in full size and a small sample bottle of Amber to try. 

Dior Addict - been wearing for 25 years and get complimented every time. Hope they never discontinue it.

Joy by Dior - often am asked what it is, or just tell me I smell nice.
By both men and women.
Most often the Intense version, but I wear both.
(The Intense reminds me of a favourite from the days when I went out on the town every week..... Allure Sensuelle; just one whiff, and I am right back to happier times. I do have a bottle (£90 last time I checked), but daren't start it - it is getting harder to find now.)

Same here. I got it in a Liberty advent calendar. I didn't like it when I first smelled it. I then wore it once because I had nothing else to put on and after a while of wearing it I couldn't stop smelling my wrist.

Diorissimo, always by women

I know it’s not a fave on here, but Angel by Thierry Mugler.

All the time, usually by men.

It must just work on me. Maybe I’m a bit naff 😆

Same here with Angel! @Saucepots I don’t wear it very often any more but it still gets the same reaction when I do.

@847arc I so want to love Diorissimo, on paper it's very me, but it doesn't work on my skin at all sadly.

@Saucepots I resisted even sniffing Angel for years, thought it sounded awful. Then I tried it, it's amazing and really suits me. So if you're naff, I am too

Came on to say Molecule 01 too. I bought it after a previous thread on here, can barely smell it on myself (bit soapy, that’s it). But get lovely comments semi-regularly.
