How to get the 'glossy' groomed look. She's transformed her skin, how? Ditto Donna Air, what's the secret? She's just radiant and neither are young.

Is it possible for the ordinary 40 or 50 something to look like an A lister? And WHAT is it, exactly, that they do that makes them look so much better with firmer jaws etc?

Had her teeth done too. Awful though 😔

She’s had so much Botox her face doesn’t move. Her lip filler is almost mesmerising in how blatant it is.

The hanging lips and lower face look would have me disagree as it is so unfortunate and instantly screams bad work. I'm not against tweaking and cosmetic surgery, so it's not judgement there. I will just never understand how celebrities have bad work with so much money at their disposal and access to the best.

She’s cultivated a classy & to some extent a classic look. She’s made the mistake of going for a ‘look’ re: lips, IMO but they probably photograph & ‘insta’ well.

The glow is profilho, tret use, and laser treatment. The rest is filler and surgery.

Trinny has always been very open about using botox and filler. Was watching something of hers recently and thought she's looking really good at the moment, which leads me to suspect she's had something new done. I guess like VB, she's the Hollywood version of herself in as much as both are far more polished, particularly facially than they were twenty years ago.

I have no issue with anyone doing anything to their faces, but there should be complete transparency about it, rather than crediting diet, exercise, genes and skincare. For all their faults, at least VB and Trinny do admit to having some work done.

I think people who have had as much work done as VB often look good in photographs but when you see them in video it doesn't look right and makes them look strangely older. Youthful faces move - if your face is frozen then it won't look youthful. I also think this is why many very young women who have botox, fillers, etc, actually look older than they are - Bella Hadid and Kylie Jenner both spring immediately to mind. The princess of wales used to have a very expressive face and now it is frozen stiff - yes, she is absolutely gorgeous (and far more gorgeous than I am) but I really wish she'd left her face alone.

The POW is def the Hollywood, radiant version of self & has wisely left lips largely alone. Meghan too, seemingly now looking particularly radiant.

Yes, although I was surprised how she was transformed for the better by make-up. As I reflect, I think this may be down to having great bone structure. When my face is fuller it is like putting make-up on a potato, a scaly one if skin not in great nick. :)

VB's lips are so peculiar. She should have left them well alone. Her skin does seem to glow though.

It's a look that some of the best botox doctors/aestheticians really push for some reason (?) Maybe VB was self conscious re: perceived smaller/thinner lips. Patsy Kensit has the most amazing mouth/lip shape IRL, I imagine, all natural. I am not sure it's possible to replicate or create if you wanted similar (?)

Kate Middleton's lips are not her best feature, I think she looks fab and has a fab figure and, wisely, she seems to have left well alone..

I'd choose to represent great skin. The poor woman has struggled with acne all her life! She looks like a 48 year old who's spent too much money on Botox and fillers. Same with Trinny and Patsy Kensit. PK was on House of Games recently and looked dreadful. It's really sad that these women who all looked perfectly fine have made themselves look so frozen and fake. Jennifer Aniston is another one who has ruined her face.

Who would you pick. On VB, assuming not filtered, was going on recent make-up selling vids she's done. Looks pretty fantastic there, at least superficially.

Patsy Kensit was ridiculously pretty in real life and as a child, with the most beautiful mouth, lip shape.

VB has had an ambition to be upper-middle class I think and realised the boobs weren't cutting it, which is why she got rid of tats, too. I admire her focus and ambition and surprised she's gone for the obvs lips as very distinctive look.

VB is starting to look very slightly grotesque due to the increasing amount of fillers she is now having to have to support the naturally sagging skin across her face. As the skin looses it elasticity stretching it with fillers to eliminate lines and sagging, results in more sagging the more fillers you have. It’s a slippery slope.
Being very very slim with low BMI means there is little natural subcutaneous fat to plump out the face. Even with a higher BMI fat is often lost from the face as a result of aging. It is all about genetics. There is a lot of truth in the saying you either save your arse or your face.

She’s had a shit ton of work done. And all the treatments like laser, profhilo, probably RF etc. She looks ok but you can tell she’s had lots done.

I thought Trinny looked overdone a few years ago but recently she looks much better and for someone 60ish - whatever new stuff she’s doing is working.

Whenever I see Trinny rubbing on her potions I always think how rubbery her face is like it's made of silicon or something.
