Getting married in 2 weeks and no dress

So for various reasons my husband and I had a celebrant wedding which I hated but ticked all the boxes for everyone else….. we are now doing the legal part in secret, just the 2 of us and I am SO happy and excited - but I have nothing to wear!

My original dress was big, expensive, chosen by the kids and gave me sequin scars. I promised myself for this legal part I would wear something that made me happy….. but turns out that’s a hard brief to fill.

I’m a size 16 which huge boobs and belly. I am only 5ft 2 and hate the way I look to be honest.

I originally wanted something none bridal in a bright colour, then I was toying with jeans and trainers, and now I’m wondering if I want to wear a more boho / relaxed wedding dress seeing as I hated mine so much first time and this would be a chance to be the kind of bride I wanted to be?

Can anyone help me in any way, because at this rate I’m going to be messing up my secret special wedding that the thought of kept me going during the rubbish first wedding!

I don’t think the taupe ensemble (John Lewis link) is all that exciting, if I was going to wear non white dress/outfit I’d go bolder.

I had a small civil ceremony, it was just perfect for us! I got my dress from Alie Street, available from John Lewis now too.

The v neck was very flattering on my large bust, size 14-16 shape. It's also lined with a bit of stretch which always helps!
