it's not a beauty calendar but my Degusta advent calendar order has gone wrong. Was being delivered on a day I was out, delivery was then bumped to the next day, but then I got a 'your parcel now won't be delivered' notification which after a torturous online chat turned out to be that it had been damaged and disposed of. Told to contact Degustabox, which I did, but I've had no reply yet. So I may just not even get that now 😑

Does anyone know if any AC/beauty bag/gwp has Sunday Riley CEO vitamin c rich hydration cream other than the Jl advent calendar? I have started opening my JL AC and this cream is lovely, but v v pricey.

Brandalley has small Bodyshop calendar and Susanne Kaufman reduced. They have two of the latter and one seems to be last year's and one this year's.

Spacenk reduction is ok but not good enough. What's a 'deluxe' customer?

My Flannels AC has just arrived. It's in a nice big black tote bag.

Oh my flannels came in a battered box wrapped in bubble wrap. I didn't get the tote bag! Still love it though and the calendar itself and its contents were unharmed. Feels very luxurious with everything individually wrapped and all drawers lined with tissue paper

@ThePomegranate last year’s Harrods AC had a full size Sunday Riley CEO cream. In my view it was the best AC of 2021. You can get it on eBay for c£220 I think.

Like others, I’ve been sorting through my stash. I’ve managed to resist the Flannels and Elle calendars even at their bargain prices; going back to my spreadsheets was a helpful reminder of why I hadn’t chosen them originally.

I do think the Flannels is excellent value though!

I’m guilty of opening my Flannels advent…I had a horrible weekend, so that’s my excuse! I had the house to myself, only meant to have a peek 🫣 then I just went mad and decanted the whole lot! Mine came in a tote zip bag too, think it might be a multi purpose clothes/bag cover.

I also had the early SNK Black Friday and have purchased KS K8 as I’m running out.

I now need to abstain from any further purchases of discounted AC 😬 otherwise I’ll be having to go to the Beauty version of AA…Beauty Advent Anonymous!

They must be panicking as we approach December 1st, as they’ll have to reduce further I would have thought.
I wonder how many each retailer made up, as losses could see them walking away from doing any next year 🤷‍♀️ ..and by loss, I mean not the usual humongous profit!

I did the same thing with JL. Also had a horrible weekend and was on my own. I also unpacked M and S. what a hoard! I feel a bit sick.

Space NK £172 today. Still not tempted by it though.

I opened my flannels AC as I had it delivered to Scotland and had to bring it back to Ireland.
