Mine is Dermalogica Precleanse. Actually Dermalogica products have changed my life. I'd always had bad skin, now it's pretty amazing.

I'd love a good shampoo/conditioner recommendation.

Am I the only one who thought Touche Eclat was no better than the rest of them?

(I have just spent a shed load on some Dermalogica stuff - nigh on a years supply though!)

rantinghousewife · 25/01/2008 21:10

Vitamin E oil, wonderous stuff.

Monkeytrousers · 25/01/2008 21:10

Lush do a great shampoo 'pattie'. No packaging!

Monkeytrousers · 25/01/2008 21:11

A friedn swears by putting a drop of frankinsernce in her moisturiser at night. For dry/mature skins though I think

cosima · 25/01/2008 21:11

sisley emulsion ecologique and rimmel black eye liner

janeite · 25/01/2008 21:14

Carmex

Tweezerman tweezers

Origins Never A Dull Moment

Lancome eyeliner.

I'm still looking for the holy grail of hand creams though, so if anybody has any recs I'd appreciate it.

mamalocco · 25/01/2008 21:19

janeite - best hand cream on face of earth is Body Shop's Hemp Hand Protector. Smell takes little getting used to but amazing stuff!

chocolatespiders · 25/01/2008 21:20

yeah the hemp is good but smells vile

spicemonster · 25/01/2008 21:25

Clarins hand cream is lovely.

janeite · 25/01/2008 21:30

Thanks, will have a look at both of those. I am really fussy about handcream and can't use anything that feels in the slightest bit greasy - have tried Clinique (horrible); Boots time delay (okay but not moisturising enough); E45 (vile); Origins (okay but too expensive); various cheapo ones (as expected); Aveeno (nice but the tub is too big for carrying around). Sorry - fussy hands alert.

Monkeytrousers · 25/01/2008 21:34

It does smell lovely Spice - but too expensive for hands

Monkeytrousers · 25/01/2008 21:35

My mum would have used chip fat..in fact I think she did...scratch that

luvaduck · 25/01/2008 21:36

oh and clarins beauty flash balm
lancome flash bronzer for face (v subtle fake tan)

robinpud · 25/01/2008 21:37

Eyelash curlers

spicemonster · 25/01/2008 21:41

I agree MT, it is hideously expensive. But it is the nicest hand cream I've ever used (but it ought to be I suppose at 12 quid a tube!)

Heathcliffscathy · 25/01/2008 21:45

hunker, i bet it is fantastic for hair....if i didn't have prone to dandruff oily hair i'd stop using head and shoulders!

CaptainCod · 25/01/2008 21:50

For the Touche Eclat fans now there's new one for the eyelids, rather than the undereye bit which the usual one does. I can't remember what it's called (useful) but I think it's some combination of Touche, Eclat and Eyes...

Vulgar · 25/01/2008 22:01

Kerastace shampoo for sensitised ends and greasy roots. I don't have to wash my hair as much and it lasts for ages.

their hair mask in a pot is good too.

staryeyed · 25/01/2008 22:13

Chanel Teint innocence just the right amount of coverage-nice and natural. Was using Chantecaille real skin but its to blardy expensive and last about 3 applications. Lovely natural shades though.

Cod I would have said St tropez but I realised it has an distinctly orange tint to it in artificial light.

Monkeytrousers · 25/01/2008 22:18

What't it say on the bottle Vulgar? Have googled Kerastace but loads come up.

Vulgar · 26/01/2008 00:15

Kerastase Specifique Bain Divalent - that's the one monkey trousers.

difficult product name to remember!

ladylush · 26/01/2008 01:08

clarins beauty fluid - jour.......can't remember. Smells lovely and is nice and light.

Also like nougat bath salts and benefit eye bright.

barbara3 · 26/01/2008 10:01
