Faustina look up Flat Front Tapered Trousers..
Those are the ones I bought full.price and are now 95..
They are fab.. but I think that you are shorter than I am? I am 5'6..they are the perfect length on me

Are they these ones? www.toa.st/collections/sale/products/flat-front-tapered-trousers-pecan?earlyaccess=wuqhf83h2d

What are they like size wise?

dudsville · 14/06/2022 20:43

Those trousers do look nice @Laska2Meryls , I'm tempted by them.

I'm surprised the sport sandals are in the sale. I love the look of them so much but feel they're a little too much of a challenging statement for me, and they're still quite pricey. Does anyone here have them?

Laska2Meryls · 14/06/2022 21:03

Yes those are the ones ( am a bit gutted but then I have worn mine a fair bit since buying them ) . They was well also .. Do come up a bit large on the waist compared to usual.Toast sizing ( just what I needed, sadly) ...

That's so weird! They were on my watch list at full price even when logged in!

faustina · 14/06/2022 21:30

@dudsville. Which sport sandals? I feel as if I'm looking at a different sale!

dudsville · 14/06/2022 21:36

I don't know how to link @faustina , but here's a screen shot.

faustina · 14/06/2022 21:37

Ah! Ok thanks Dudsville. They aren't in the sandals category which is why I was puzzled

Countmeout · 14/06/2022 21:41

I am on holiday. Just checking emails and there it was. Ordered the dress with the sailor collar in Montello ( like I need a dress like a second head). Don’t think it will fit. I wonder will the sale last long enough for a chance for some returns I may have missed.

Stoic123 · 14/06/2022 21:55

Nice to read sales chat- quite a big haul for me but I've spent much less than normal this season.

A few items on my maybe/wish list came up - Carpenter Trousers in Parchment (reckon will love or hate), napkins and the Fine Stripe Pinafore dress in blue (I've worn the green one a lot). I went for the green Lace Yoke sweater - I think a few folks on here got it in the last sale and were complimentary? Also added the usual pair of socks (Clementine), and bought another patchwork pouch as I love the one I have and have a use in mind.

The final purchase was an item can't rember seeing before -the embroidered wrap jacket Does anyone on here have it? I've been wearing my Toast kantha jacket a lot recently and hope this will bring as much joy.

ToastCosILoveIt · 14/06/2022 22:20

@Stoic123 , the red embroidered wrap jacket? I have it from several sales ago. It is fab: very cosy so definitely a winter piece.

Snowyowl78 · 14/06/2022 22:26

@Stoic123 i have the green lace yoke and it’s lovely, wore it loads over winter

Stoic123 · 14/06/2022 22:27

@ToastCosILoveIt - Yes. I am excited about it now. Thanks!

Stoic123 · 14/06/2022 22:28

@Snowyowl78 - that's great to hear. I am building my winter wardrobe!

Snowyowl78 · 14/06/2022 22:30

@Stoic123 I also Liked the yellow one but it wasn’t really a good colour for me

Stoic123 · 14/06/2022 22:38

@Snowyowl78 - it's gorgeous but wouldn't suit me either.

Laska2Meryls · 14/06/2022 23:07

I have the yellow in that jumper also. I did try the green in the last sale and only returned it as it was similar to one I already had.. I think you will like it Stoic.
I had missed the sale jackets previously, but have now ordered the Piu stripe wrap jacket. I remember that from one of the styling conversations, but it was out of my price range previously. Has anyone tried it ?

I can’t get into the sale!
Please could someone tell me if the pleat front trousers in copper are in the sale?
these ones: www.toa.st/products/pleat-front-cotton-linen-trousers-copper

Stoic123 · 15/06/2022 00:29

@WatteauYouTalkingAbout -had a quick scan and doesn't look like it.

Sale will be limited early access at the moment but when it is opened up, new things are usually added so definitely worth checking for them later on.

WatteauYouTalkingAbout · 15/06/2022 00:40

Thanks very much!

dudsville · 15/06/2022 05:27

Sorry to confuse you @faustina , i didn't realise my typo, loafers not sandals!

That jacket also caught my attention @Stoic123 . I can't see a use for it in my wardrobe but will enjoy hearing what you think about it!

AmethystMoonShine · 15/06/2022 07:11

@ScottishMouse I have the pale grey jumper. Although it’s not actually grey up close it has a kind of very light warm beige hint to it. I think hence it’s called Hazel. It’s so soft, like a cloud! I love mine. It is quite boxy and quite a short length. Looks good with a shirt under. Not sure on size as mines packed away in the loft for summer. Sorry, not much help there.

ScottishMouse · 15/06/2022 07:33

Thanks @AmethystMoonShine Yes, I read the reviews about the colour. It may not work for me, but will see. I went for a small, but can sometimes be a medium in Toast knitwear, so fingers crossed I guess right. Always a gamble with Toast sizing!

Snowyowl78 · 15/06/2022 07:48

I highly recommend the lichen workwear jacket which I’ve worn loads since I bought it in the last sale. @ScottishMouse im thinking of ordering the grey jumper too and it says it’s an easy slouchy fit so I assume fairly oversized!

AmethystMoonShine · 15/06/2022 07:58

I was a bit concerned about the colour too @ScottishMouse but actually prefer it to if it had been a true grey. I’m actually already sad at the thought of it wearing out. It’s delicate so I’m guessing won’t last years…especially at the frequency I’ve been wearing it Grin
In fact I could buy a spare…..
