1990’s perfume

Beyond CK One, what other scents have their origins in the 90’s? I’m off to a 90’s night and would love to complete the look with the right smell (cigarettes and alcohol aside!).

And my all time favourite the discontinued lancome miracle so magic, literally searched everywhere for a dupe.

Rive Gauche was the first perfume I ever got although that was probably in the late 80s - I remember the blue and silver banded packaging so well.

Charlie is a 70s perfume.

@sadpapercourtesan I would pay over the odds for Mostly Musk if BS brought the perfume bar back. Scent of my youth!

White Linen. Although it may have been earlier than the 90s?

Released in the 70s I think. Mum wore it a lot in the early 90s though and I often stole a squirt or two.

My first perfume was Intuition by Estee Lauder.

But I did also love Lace.
And my mum always wore Moon Drops.

Tresor was launched 1990 (I've still got some from then, I think).

Dolce Vita was 1994 and Champagne in 1993 - think that's called Yvresse now.

Lou Lou was late 80s - remember buying it for a friend. Blind bought some recently thinking I'd like it based in reviews. Not very keen

L'Aimant is 1920s. I tried one spray on one wrist v Chanel No 5 on the other - they are really very close.

I got exclamation a few years back but can't find it now Tribe is selling for about 100 pounds on some websites

Off the back of this thread, I popped into Boots for a squirt of Cerruti, to see if I still like it.

At first sniff it was too sweet for me, but after it settled I decided I do still like it. It's got some warmth and depth to it.

More expensive than I'd realised though - over £50 a bottle.

One of my first boyfriends also bought me Noa

But I think it got it bang on with CK One to be honest!

Ooh I’ve just memory smelled L’eau D’Issey, I wore that a lot. That came out in 1992.

I loved the smell of Ralph Lauren Polo Sport. I know it’s an aftershave but it’s always the one I would be spraying on in the shop.
Did anyone actually buy these perfumes or just use the testers in the shop?
