Couldn’t find a JL thread when I searched so thought I would start one myself. Going by the run-up-to-December advent threads, I think a few of us have it.

Very little I can say without giving the type of product away. Not sure if it’ll suit me or not but looking forward to trying it.

Love today's! Very happy gorgeous colour

NameChangeinHaste · 18/12/2021 07:38

Reminds me of the shade I wore in The 90s

Stoic123 · 18/12/2021 07:52

Lovely lipstick in a shade that should suit a lot of people.

Really like it!

Chickydoo · 18/12/2021 08:25

Just tried the lippy! Love ❤️ it
I have put a clear gloss over it as I prefer a slightly less Matt finish. Very pleased with today's

DarlingCoffee · 18/12/2021 08:56

Hmm I’m not loving the shade of the lipstick if I’m honest. One for the eBay pile next year I think…

festivefuschias · 18/12/2021 09:17

A nice shade but I prefer a more pink lip colour.

Bavarois · 18/12/2021 12:11

Oh I find this quite pinky! I do like it, I thought from the box it might be quite dark but it's almost a 'my lips but better' shade for me. I'd have liked a red lippy just cos it's festive but tbh this is much more wearable so I'm happy. Did we all get the shade Twig?

Sosigsandwich · 18/12/2021 12:35

I got twig and absolutely love it! O find it quite pinky on me too.

NameChangeinHaste · 18/12/2021 14:41

The swatches online look much pinker than it does in the tube. It looks more like Shiny Conker when I look at it in the tube.

festivefuschias · 18/12/2021 14:45

No pink at all shows on my lips.

festivefuschias · 19/12/2021 08:14

Very happy with today’s - Estée Lauder advanced night repair. This is one of the products I bought the calendar for, as it’s a HG product which I’ve used for around 20 years.

Chickydoo · 19/12/2021 08:30

Love today's best so far for me!

Stoic123 · 19/12/2021 08:39

Not tried today's before but very pleased that I'll get opportunity. Good sized bottle so can really test it out.

Bavarois · 19/12/2021 11:06

Really pleased with today's, is this worth £50 or have I looked up the wrong thing? It's a good size, I'm sure one of the other calendars had 7ml of this in there this year.

Talisin · 19/12/2021 11:12

Stone cold classic! I’ve always wanted to properly try this but the only other time I’ve had it in a calendar or beauty box it was teeny and I couldn’t get any real idea of how well it did/didn’t work. Really looking forward to this.

It’s a classic choice today. Very happy as always wanted to try

JustLikeaJingleBell · 19/12/2021 12:01

I'm delighted with todays full size ANR I've also only ever tried a small sample so could never really tell if it made any difference. This AC just keeps on giving and will last me the whole year with top notch products.

festivefuschias · 19/12/2021 12:03

As I’ve said, I’ve used it for around 20 years. I’ve used it more as a preventative treatment in the hope of keeping my skin looking good (so far so good, though I don’t drink or smoke, drink lots of water, exercise and use sunscreen etc so I’ll never know how much it’s helped), though I do notice the difference if I run out.

JustLikeaJingleBell · 19/12/2021 12:05

I wasn't sure if twig would suit me yesterday but I applied it straightaway instead of leaving it to one side and although darker than my usual preference it did actually suit me.

JustLikeaJingleBell · 19/12/2021 12:35

@festivefuschias

I'm glad you've come back on to say that because I wanted asked you more about it after you said that @festivefuschias on PP.

The tiny pot I had last year was too small for a dropper so really awkward to use. Although it only lasted a couple of weeks it felt like it was doing something.

Do you apply anything afterwards? I guess the Clinique would be perfect post ANR

So many things to try out I don't know where to start.

Currently using last years JL AC Shinseido ultimate eye cream I've only just opened alongside AB rich cream. The eye cream is making a noticeable difference to my eye bags which are a relatively new addition to my face. And when that runs out we have the new one to try plus all the other ones I have.

I found that last years JL AC Sunday Riley Luna oil worked wonders on my skin smoothing it out and being an oil it's lasted the whole year Confused which is pretty amazing in it self.

festivefuschias · 19/12/2021 13:58

Yes it’s not a short term miracle serum but my skin doesn’t feel right if I don’t use it now.

I apply my usual moisturiser afterwards. So cleanse, serum and moisturise. It says you can use it morning and night but I only use it at night. I use a different serum or hyaluronic acid in the morning - which is lucky as I have a few to use now with my ACs!

I still need to sort out my new stuff. I’ve finished a couple of things and am using others but I need to organise the rest so I don’t forget about it.

Tobogganist · 19/12/2021 19:54

Very happy with the EL creme this morning!

Sosigsandwich · 19/12/2021 21:57

Is anyone else loving the Elemis mist?? Definitely going to purchase it once the bottle is empty .

JustLikeaJingleBell · 20/12/2021 04:21

@Sosigsandwich yes I absolutely love the mist too
