Couldn’t find a JL thread when I searched so thought I would start one myself. Going by the run-up-to-December advent threads, I think a few of us have it.

I'm quite pleased with this. I've actually never tried Molton Brown stuff so happy to give it a go. I'll probably use it in the bath as I get through shower gel quite quickly.

This is my favourite MB fragrance, so I’m happy!

Just used and really like it. I love the quality of MB anyway so this is a winner for me and a fairly decent size

I do not mind today’s, good size product and always useful to have.

Love MB and this is one of my faves, very happy.

Love this brand and haven’t tried this particular item of theirs before.

Really pleased with this, I like the brand (Hourglass) and I haven't tried their mascara yet but have heard good things.

Have this mascara and like using it so happy with today's offering.

Had this mascara in previous advent calendar (Liberty). It's pretty good from what I remember.

Bit of a miss for me today because I only wear waterproof mascara.

For some reason I thought this was a lipstick so opened it so now I'm going to have to use it as opposed to saving it

Has anyone tried the Sunday Riley Good genes yet?

Do I apply it straight after cleansing then apply a moisturiser afterwards or just leave it to work it's magic alone like Alpha H liquid gold

I have @JustLikea I use it after cleansing before moisturising. It’s nice but I probably won’t rebuy as I don’t think it’s amazing. Not sure I get the hype over SR tbh. What I do like is that face mist - smell is amazing - and the warming scrub!

Yes I'm absolutely loving the mist too.

I like the AB rich cream especially as it's not greasy and sinks in beautifully. I can actually see a difference already but way too spendy to repurchase for now. Also really like the Clinique as it's much more moisturising than the original which suits my aging skin.

Isn't it funny how people like different things - DS1 (age 10) loves the mist and has stolen it, also the pillow spray, whereas I was a bit meh about both of them. The scrub smells lovely but is too rough for my face but I LOVE the sunday riley and the MB bath gel!

I’m glad I’ve tried the moisturisers but I’ll definitely be going back to my Dermalogica and EA as I always do. It’s nice to try different things every now and again though.

I like the mist too.

The rose exfoliator doesn’t do much for me.

I’ve only used the SR once and need to try it again before I can make a decision.

Haven’t used the MB shower and bath gel yet; I bought and tried a load of different scents years ago and wasn’t that impressed with them as a bubble bath so wouldn’t pay full price again, but I’m looking forward to trying this scent.

I was looking forward to trying this but I'm actually not sure about it. It smells quite alcoholly? Maybe it'll settle through the day, I only put it on 10 minutes ago.

I think I quite like it but it doesn’t feel like a scent I’d want to wear in the winter at all.

I think it smells quite masculine. I actually opened it last night had a squirt and can still smell it this morning. Jury is out though

I wanted to try this and am pleasantly surprised. Been pleased to get plenty of perfumes in the calendar

Just tried and quite like the smell ( Floral Street - Arizona Bloom, for casual readers) - but unlikely to ever love it. Definitely a summer one for me (coconut) so I will tuck away for a few months.

I also like getting perfumes in the calendar so I'm pleased with this drawer.

From previous days:

I used the Molton Brown for my bath last night and really liked it. AB Rich Cream is working well and I''ve nearly finished the collagen-- would like to repurchase both but AB probably too hard to justify.

I liked the rose scrub but unlikely repurchase. The LM eye shadow stick is being used as a base as PP suggested, which works well. Would purchase the product but in a different colour.

How are you all getting on with yours?

I have just used today’s and I like it! It’s unusual. I agree it’s a summer one, will be nice for taking away.

I’m also coming to the end of the collagen boost. I recently realised it has a load of zinc in it and I already take zinc as part of other supplements so I might not rebuy after all. Plus it doesn’t actually contain collagen as there isn’t a vegan source - it just promotes collagen production and there’s no way of knowing if it actually does that. Looking at the price I might as well buy the vegetarian supplements with actual collagen that have been developed.

I forgot I had the LM stick - thanks for the reminder! I’ve been putting things where they belong but I think I need them all in a little box so I can see them all in one place.

I do like the perfume, but I wish they’d spaced things out better. 3 perfume drawers in the first 15 drawers, and I’m just here waiting for a lipstick!
Tried the facial scrub last night, wasn’t expecting to like it, but skin felt lovely afterwards - though it did feel very rough!
