Couldn’t find a JL thread when I searched so thought I would start one myself. Going by the run-up-to-December advent threads, I think a few of us have it.

I don’t mind today’s offering. My least favourite so far has been the pillow spray.

JustLikea · 10/12/2021 12:04

@festivefuschias I thought the AB would be far too rich on my skin and leave a film but it just sank straight in last night after cleansing with the Elemis marine pro collagen cleanser followed by REN aha tonic.

JustLikea · 10/12/2021 12:05

And my skin felt lovely and hydrated after and this morning

festivefuschias · 10/12/2021 12:20

My skin is dehydrated rather than dry I think. It feels quite tight not long after using it - unlike with my usual moisturisers which sink in really well and keep me feeling moisturised all day - but looks shiny at the same time.

Talisin · 11/12/2021 07:53

Elemis Superfood Kefir-Tea Mist today which looks to be a hydrating mist. I shall definitely be using this as the central heating sucks all the moisture out of my face this time of year.

Yes, today’s looks good. Do you think you use it as a toner or as a refresh during the day? I had the Elemis AC last year and didn’t get this.

Still going with the collagen drink and I think the AB cream will come to an end tonight.

Talisin · 11/12/2021 09:56

I think it’s a refresher spray.

I've not thought of using a mist but open to trying - so glad to get this. Smells lovely.

I used the Dr J mask last night and not noticed any particular benefits (skin was better when using AB cream overnight- I skipped AB to test mask). 1 single-use mask is not enough to really tell but I won't be buying more.

Still taking daily collagen and tastes nice. I might buy a larger bottle to try out longer.

festivefuschias · 11/12/2021 10:18

Thanks Talisin.

I might buy a larger bottle of the collagen too, I quite enjoy it.

JustLikea · 11/12/2021 12:11

I'm liking the Elemis mist. I don't have a mist and its just what I need right now for that extra boost of hydration. I like the weird colour because it looks nourishing Grin

I had a shower yesterday early evening and then applied the AB then I napped for an hour so applied the Clinique 100hr later on before bed. I've been rushing around this morning so not done any skin care yet but was nice to spray the Elemis mist. And to test out how long Clinique 100hr hydrates for and yes my skin is lovely and soft and hydrated right now and looks better than usual in the mirror considering I've got no make up on

festivefuschias · 11/12/2021 12:26

I’m looking forward to starting the Clinique tomorrow.

dedee · 11/12/2021 12:41

I have had facial sprays before but I always forget to use them

Looking forward to trying this as you can use it for different purposes

Use day and night as a toner, primer and setting spray, or throughout the day as a hydrating mist.

Chickydoo · 12/12/2021 08:51

Love today. I have run out of dry shampoo, so today's is perfect

Stoic123 · 12/12/2021 09:19

Never used dry shampoo so no idea if will be useful or not. Normally just wet wash hair if needed.

Suspect this will become the first drawer I don't use but will try it out.

festivefuschias · 12/12/2021 09:46

I don’t use dry shampoo as my hair never gets greasy so this is the first drawer of disappointment for me.

Bavarois · 12/12/2021 10:22

Love today's, it's the best dry shampoo I've ever used and one of the products I bought the calendar for. I wasn't fussed on the Elemis mist yesterday when I opened the drawer but I used it as setting spray last night and it smells and feels amazing. Really impressed with this calendar so far.

JustLikea · 12/12/2021 11:25

Definitely that sinking feeling of disappointment today esp as I've had these before. I just give these to DD because on a bad hair day I prefer to just plait my hair.

Talisin · 12/12/2021 11:49

Dry shampoos just tend to make my hair look clumpy and dull and feel horrible so I only use them when it's absolutely impossible to wash my hair. That said, I have not tried this brand before and it is a good travel size.

Dry shampoo, underwhelmed today but good to see it is supposed to be a good brand

Talisin · 13/12/2021 07:18

Molton Brown shower gel. Another one for the window sil where it’ll sit unused with its fellows.

OP posts:
Chickydoo · 13/12/2021 07:55

Quite like the shower gel. It will get used here

Stoic123 · 13/12/2021 08:18

Not a favourite drawer. If I decide to rejoin gym in 2022, will def get used up. Handy size for a week's holiday too.

Otherwise, it will gather dust as for PP.

festivefuschias · 13/12/2021 08:36

It’s a bath and shower get and I’m happy with it because I enjoy a daily bath.

festivefuschias · 13/12/2021 08:36

gel not get!

JustLikea · 13/12/2021 09:12

Shower gel well I wasn't as disappointed as I might have been because I opened tomorrows by mistake first which I really liked
