Liberty Beauty Drop Subscription Box SPOILER

My first quarterly box arrived today. It's £20 a month which is then "banked" so you can spend that on Liberty beauty making the box free. Free P&P on your purchases too.

Ordered mine. DH has paid for it as part of Christmas present. First time for me with a Lib one. Excited. Didn't have problems with BD code etc, and the capcha box came up for me. I do find the Liberty site a bit hard work though sometimes.

I just bought mine via Quidco and using £200 of BD credit. I wasn't that impressed with it tbh but when they had the GWP I struggled to find items I wanted at full price to use the offer.

I much prefer the contents of the Harvey Nichols advent calendar but I know for a fact if I'd have saved £200 this year in actual cash I wouldn't be spending it on an advent calendar!

I had that using a credit card, it went through using PayPal. I used my Beauty Drop credit so it’s cost me £35. I’m very excited, I’ve lusted after one for years.

Those who got the recent gift with purchase, What size was the chantecaille (sp) mascara?
Mine was missing you see so I enquired about it and have just received a full size one, very pleased.

I also had a few payment issues. Maybe their website is straining under calendar orders 🤣
My first order was cancelled, I went to my banking app to verify payment but it didn't take me back to confirm order just said basket was empty 🤷🏻‍♀️

The calendar has been dispatched . Where to store it until dec!

I’ve just placed my order and although it said it would only be £55 after taking off my credit it seems it’s charged me the full amount and my credit is still there.
Has anyone spoken to them about this yet? Think I’ll have to phone them in the morning.

This happened to me this morning ... i absolutely definitely redeemed my credit as the final confirmation just showed the small balance left to pay

Emailed Liberty Cs and all sorted this afternoon ... refund will take a few days but my beautiful calendar is arriving tomorrow 😊

That’s good, they’ve just emailed me a blunt message to ask if I want to cancel the order and redo it using the credit but the £10 off window has now closed.
I’m a bit annoyed by the lack of apology or acknowledgement that it’s an issue on their end - I sent them a screen shot showing that my credit had been applied before I ordered it.

I was so tempted by the advent calendar, and I have loads of credit, but I just didn't like the contents enough....

Just ordered my calendar! I’ve lusted after Liberty for years but have never felt I could justify it. The Beauty Drop has been a great way to save up and the cash back and £10 worth of loyalty points is a bonus. Tuesday’s 24 hour £10 Beauty Drop member discount is also still working for whatever reason. Can’t wait for it to arrive now!
