What colour of tights and ankle boots with navy dress?

I’ve been wearing navy tights and navy ankle boots but it’s far too much blue. What’s the alternatives?

Me too. My first thought was brown

I wear my brown knee high boots with navy opaque tights but somehow my brown ankle boots and navy tights don’t look right with my navy dresses Not sure if it’s because I’m very short anyway that it makes me lol like my legs have been cut off?

Don't wear navy tights with a navy dress, it'll look weird. In fact, I think navy tights are pretty bad in most situations. Black opaque or skin colour are really the only acceptable options IMO. And wear black or brown boots with either combination. Navy again would would strange.

Black and black. I personally wouldn't wear navy with brown.

Brown boots. Navy and brown will make you look very put together and stylish.

Grey tights, brown boots. I love grey tights atm - softer than black.

What length is the dress? Could you wear skin colour/neutral tights? That's what I would probably wear. Would look good with ankle or knee length boots.

Definitely navy and black. It's one of my favourite combinations and I think it always looks so chic.

I wear grey tights with a navy dress and navy suede boots. I find all navy a bit much. In the colder weather I wear thick patterned grey or maroon tights from H&M, but I'm not the snappiest dresser!

Grey tights sound good. Would they would with brown ankle boots?

I have to be really careful with ankle boots as I have skinny ankles and can look like I’m wearing two buckets on my feet if they’re not fairly tight round my ankles.

I wear navy boots and coloured tights - often dark orange, maroon or grey.

Brown boots then burgundy black or blue tights depending what's clean. Think I tend to wear black tights though. But in this weather/ time of year I'd be tempered to wear sock and no tights.
