Thou shalt not covet …this Wyse cardigan

Please help me find an alternative to this cardigan

www.wyselondon.co.uk/products/romy-multi-shade-cardigan-multi

I want it SO much but that price is just eye wateringly expensive Shock

I’ve searched high and low (online!) for a chunky colourful cardigan (or anything that’s just not black/navy or cream/oatmeal will do) and can’t find anything similar.

I’m after THE ultimate snuggly cardigan to take me into autumn pre coat season and for cuddling up in front of the fire.

Any help would be gratefully received Wine

It looks like something I'd buy in my church fair tbh too hand knitted looking with the loose weave.

stripedbananas · 07/09/2021 12:28

Not that that's a bad thing at all. I just mean the cost if it being quite pricey. I love my church fairs and the lovely people there.

@LaCerbiatta that’s “my” one! I ordered the navy though snd it is arriving tomorrow. I got it cheaper on the home site rather than going through Wolf and Badger.

I’m hankering after this one

It may not be fluffy enough for the OP though.

The blue one is gorgeous! I didn't it even notice the brand! Yes, let us know what it's like, there are a few nice things on their website 🙂

OP just get the Wyse one. From bitter experience you’ll end up buying three sixty quid ones which are ok but never quite scratch the itch. You’ll grow to hate them all and then panic buy the one you really want when it’s nearly out of stock. It’s a lot of money but if you love it you’ll wear it all the time and it will make you happy.

Ridingoutonahorse · 07/09/2021 17:02

There are some beautiful cardigans on this site that seem reasonable

Argh, OP I now have about 15 browser windows open with amazing cardigans and am trying very hard not to buy any.

This one is calling to me... www.anthropologie.com/shop/rainbow-knit-cardigan?category=sweaters-cardigans&color=040&type=STANDARD&size=One%20Size&quantity=1

Plus if anyone wants to stage their own production of Joseph, this would do the trick I think: www.farmrio.com/products/rainbow-stripes-maxi-cardigan

I just came across this and had to come back to this thread and post it!

I should be cleaning but now I'm googling rainbow cardigans. Very tempted by this White Stuff one - anyone used this site before? Some good deals

Minnie147 · 20/09/2021 11:28

What do people make of Wyse quality, I got the green pre order Deborah Brett one last year but returned it as I was disappointed with the quality. Just couldn't justify it - materials / quality V price. But yet all the reviews are so positive, was wondering if its just me!

karmakameleon · 26/11/2021 13:18

The cardigan is in the Black Friday sale if you still want it OP.
