If you are a 45 yr old woman .. what do you wear?

I am interested in what my contemporaries are wearing to work and at home. Just turned 45 and feel I need a bit of a wardrobe overhaul..

I live in jeans/cords and sweatshirts/shirts at the weekend running around after a 6 and 8 year old and smart casual dresses for work. I feel like I need a confidence boost... tell me about your wardrobes please!

Brands: Boden, sosandar, damsel in a dress and scamp and dude mostly. Shoes/ boots from Boden, Clark’s, carvela and dune.

In winter / AutumnI live in my Spanx jeans and leather style leggings knee high boots and plain scooped neck t shirt
I bought a lovely bright red super dry puffa style jacket in the sales which will see me through the winter
Going out heels little black dress and a wrap / midi cardigan
Summer dresses and mini wedges or 3/4 leggings and tops
