Hi All,
Apologies if there is another thread about this, but I couldn't find it. So I thought I would start one.
Happy to get it deleted if there is one already, if not - happy unboxing, let's hear what you think :)

Hurrah! A moisturiser! It's lovely too - goes on really nicely and smells ace.

Though a skeptic, I've been using the powder deodorant. I love the smell and it definitely works (not that I've been doing much strenuous activity lately Blush), but I fundamentally don't like smearing a product under my arms. So, nice to try for a novelty but zero chance of repurchase.

Still loving the perfume - my pick of the bunch so far.

Opening up the calendar is a treat every day. I'm having a hard time at work and dealing with sick kids at home, so it's fab to have the novelty of a little gift every morning to look forward to.

I have zero issue with anyone not liking individual items and talking about it, but FFS folks, let's cut out the bickering, eh? Peace and goodwill to all, etc. Xmas Smile

I have to agree with pp about some of the posters on here sounding ridiculously bratty.

Especially when considering certain posters on here have boasted elsewhere about buying multiple calendars. Some of us save all year for one calendar only to then find it sold out due to people buying so many just for the sake of it.

I enjoy following these threads to see what everyone gets, how it compares to previous years and how well the products perform but some of these posts just smack of greed and make the thread off putting tbh.

BloodyCats · 07/12/2019 12:21

Oh shush.

Forgot to use my moisturiser this morning but am still happy with the deodorant. It’s expensive but I would probably buy it again.

LizziesTwin · 07/12/2019 12:32

I’ve covered nearly 13Km and have given my armpits a good sniff - nothing. I’m surprised by how good it is.

MrsArcher23 · 07/12/2019 12:32

Delighted with this morning’s gift- love their products - and I’m happily using yesterday’s deodorant.

whatsinthebagwhatcoulditbe · 07/12/2019 18:27

Did anyone get the Malin & Goetz deodorant last year? How does it compare to the Aurelia one? I found myself a bit pongy with the M&G one Blush I went straight back to Mitchum!

eatsleepmoverepeat · 07/12/2019 18:30

I don’t have the Aurelia to compare but I got the M&G deodorant in something this year and it didn’t work for me at all Blush

I knew it was in another calendar I’d bought this year so I opened that drawer early and passed it on to someone else!

whatsinthebagwhatcoulditbe · 07/12/2019 18:33

That makes me feel better @eatsleepmoverepeat !

I am very happy with the universal emulsion. A real all-rounder. My face feels great.

Chickydoo · 08/12/2019 06:30

Love this mornings! Is it too early to say what it is?? Maybe?
Looking forward to using this later.
Excellent product!

BloodyCats · 08/12/2019 08:31

ooh I like the look of this one. My hair needs all the moisture it can get and this is a generous size tub.
I just washed my hair last night so won’t be trying this till later next week, but I’m looking forward to it Smile

BloodyCats · 08/12/2019 08:31

Forgot to add photos for the lurkers!

I'm looking forward to trying this!

MabelMoo23 · 08/12/2019 09:33

I've not tried yesterday's moisturiser but after a couple of days of using the facial oil, I love it. I think it's something I would definitely consider buying again.

I've got highlighted hair so looking forward to trying the hair mask.

The only no no for me is the perfume, but only because I can't bear florals.

I agree though, nothing wrong with giving your view either way on a product. This is my first calendar and I'm loving the experience. I also watched Sali Hughes do an unboxing on Instagram so I can vaguely recall a couple of items that I'm defo waiting for - and the cost of those two items along is nearly half the cost of the calendar so I'm happy

Doubleraspberry · 08/12/2019 09:58

I thought this was a small tub of hummus at first!

I have to do a nit treatment on my hair tonight (thanks, kids) so I will do this afterwards to see if it stops it looking as dreadful as it usually does after that stuff.

queenofkale · 08/12/2019 10:15

I'm really excited to try tonight's. I'm really loving the facial oil still!

whatsinthebagwhatcoulditbe · 08/12/2019 10:17

Really laughing at the hummus comparison @Doubleraspberry Grin

Writersblock2 · 08/12/2019 12:30

Loving this thread. Don’t have the calendar but I’m enjoying the honest reviews.

If anyone doesn’t want the perfume I’d love to try it and I’m happy to do a swap. Maybe hold out until the end of the calendars to see what to swap? Smile

TerpsichoreanMuse · 08/12/2019 12:41

I've used this this morning as my hair is dreadfully dry and it's left it lovely and silky. Very pleased.

Smelly50 · 08/12/2019 12:42

I don't have the calendar either , however I get excited every morning to see what you have got . I love reading the reviews

BloodyCats · 08/12/2019 12:50

It’s priced at £8.50 for 75ml so nice and affordable too.

HappyInL0nd0n · 08/12/2019 15:11

Stoopid question - is that enough product for just one hair treatment, or multiple applications? I have long hair. Blush

BloodyCats · 08/12/2019 16:09

I think I will get around 2-3 applications out of it and I have long thick hair. I will only be applying to the ends of my hair.

missfliss · 08/12/2019 19:48

Loving the facial oil, deodorant, perfume, shampoo and face emulsion. Yet to try the powder, eye cream and hair mask.
I'm honestly pretty delighted with my calendar so far

plantingandpotting · 08/12/2019 20:37

Whoop!! Hair treatments aren't something I'd usually buy for myself, so excited to try this one.

imp2007 · 08/12/2019 22:04

Been away for the weekend so just catching up - really pleased with the lixirskin emulsion just put it on and feels lovely - love that it is a multi purpose product too - day/night etc. Also happy with the eye cream I love dermalogica. Am crossing everything for a cleanser soon as I've nearly run out.
