For me it's perspex shoes. No.

Wide leg Culottes (midi length) that only suit tall, lithe people (not dumpy, squat me).

Oversized clothes that are supposed to make one look petite and childlike. No.
Sports wear everywhere. Track suits are grim and should not be worn unless you're going for a run. Especially when teamed with ugly trainers as well.

Biancadelrioisback · 02/11/2019 20:00

Ripped jeans

Cropped tops

Cropped jumpers(!)

Clothing with no pockets

Those smock dresses that are a weird length

I do like the 90s fashion coming back. I like jumpers over dresses and pinafore dresses.

Span1elsRock · 02/11/2019 20:03

Eyebrows. And lip fillers. The receptionist at my hairdressers looked like she needed a Piriton tablet when I went in last....... I was Shock that anyone would pay money to make their lips look like a baboon's arse.

Knittedfairies · 02/11/2019 20:04

Cold knee jeans.

GodammitGreg · 02/11/2019 20:05

AntCrawley

Baby hair?

MoltoAgitato · 02/11/2019 20:06

Cropped trousers. I mean, what the actual fuck? How the bloody hell are those a good idea in autumn/winter?

ControversialFerret · 02/11/2019 20:39

Lip fillers. I see so many young women with them and without exception they look horrible.

The insta ready trend which involves extremely heavy makeup - looks great on camera but ridiculous in real life.

Ohyesiam · 02/11/2019 20:47

Midi dresses, they make anyone but the most willowy look like frumpy Sunday school teachers from my 70 s childhood.

DontCallMeShitley · 02/11/2019 20:47

Chelsea boots, I have a real loathing of them.

Thigh high boots, there was a time when they were only worn by sex workers so while I do see that they look good on some people, it always think of the shiny black 'kinky' boots which are part of sex fantasies and stripper routines.

DontCallMeShitley · 02/11/2019 20:48

I not it

PaulHollywoodsleftbollockhair · 02/11/2019 20:54

Hate those hiker boots worn as fashion ones.

Baboutheocelot · 02/11/2019 21:06

High leg bikinis that give every woman wearing them a wedgie.
So much make up that you end up looking like a waxwork.

Ripped jeans. Just WHY?!

ImperfectTents · 02/11/2019 21:43

Little house on the prairie dresses.

sue51 · 02/11/2019 21:47

Eyebrows
False eyelashes
Rupert the Bear type trousers
Trainers worn with midi dresses
Teeth you could use to guide an aeroplane in to land
Tent like dresses from Toast.

LimaOscarLima · 02/11/2019 21:50

They seem popular on Mumsnet but I really don't like doc martens, they're so ugly.

WhoKnewBeefStew · 02/11/2019 21:51

Eyebrows! Massive bloody caterpillar eyebrows.

That and masses if make up, contouring etc. Horrid

Aderyn19 · 02/11/2019 21:56

Those horrible sack like dresses, which don't even suit willowy models, let alone ordinary women - they make women look like members of some weird cult.
Am glad to see man buns appear to be on their way out and I look forward to the end of the beard era!

WanderingTrolley1 · 02/11/2019 22:04

Chunky trainers
Excessive makeup
Shoes without socks
Crop trousers
Fake tan
Siblings wearing matching clothes

81Byerley · 02/11/2019 22:07

What @TeaAddict235 said! Plus lip fillers.

SpiderCharlotte · 02/11/2019 22:09

Agree with the 'mom' jeans, I really don't think they look great on anyone.

And as for all the cropped stuff, some of us are trying to hide our midriff, not show it off. 😊

I haven't seen a cold shoulder top on anyone for at least a year!

For me it's that awful Zara dress and its ilk.

They look like sacks.

Thesearmsofmine · 02/11/2019 22:15

Dresses with a tier or frill at the bottom.

Dresses we flared sleeves

Midi dresses(I’m 5ft!)

Veterinari · 02/11/2019 22:17

Ankle-length trousers
They are everywhere!

When I was a kid you’d be teased mercilessly for ‘half-mast’ trousers and as I was a leggy teen it’s was a nightmare. Now i’d Be on-trend but cannot abide them
