What are you all buying/wearing for Autumn/Winter

Up here in rainy Scotland, it is cool and wet and the schools go back this week and next, so I am feeling winter is nigh. I am also in the process of losing weight 1 stone down and 1.5-2 stone to go and for the first time in ages I feel ready to take an interest in what to wear rather than what just fits. So come you girls lots of links to inspire me.

Too low heel

buckle and suede a bit 80's for me, i think. Overall shape a bit dated looking.

I prefer a higher heel for going out though.

Maybe a cheaper pair with a smaller heel for the day!!

nomdeplume · 12/08/2007 21:07

dune too high and heel a bit thin

[fussy]

Like those shorts Gobbledigook - I've just bought some Gap ones, which I plan to wear with dark grey M & S Autograph tights (which are so soft I want to keep touching my legs!) and wedges.

Cod - those brown next shoes are gorgeous - no way I'd be able to walk in them though.

The things I most want to get for this Autumn are a soft grey cashmere jumper - v neck to suit norkage and a purple silk blouse of some sort - not that I've seen either in the shops yet.

I like the black buttoned ones in the title bar of the M&S page
but they don;t appear to sell the buggers

smaller heel for day

MrsBadger _ I noticed that. I noticed because they look exactly the same as a pair I bought from M&S about 11 years ago - wore them to work every day and they were like slippers!
