I think Cornwall is ruined for me now. Am picturing lots of shouty people in sandals and socks with ruthlessly organized holiday agendas. Sounds exhausting!!!

v pleased this morning to bag a Toast Lydia dress for £30 in JL this morning obviously a return but fab price .. hope it is good.. there will be quite a few parcels waiting for me when I get back ( i used the post office keepsafe service and glad i have now) .. but non of them will be Hush !!

It feels like forever since I’ve been here...Just getting over a cold/sore throat and finally feeling back to normal today after a week.

I don’t think I’ve bought much for a while, just a pair of pretty earrings for summer to match a necklace I’ve already got, and a pair of shoes from Russell & Bromley which I’m really quite chuffed with.

It's been a bit quiet on the thread.. where is everyone? Not as chatty as usual. We've had lovely weather last couple of days so been able to wear proper summer clothes at last. I need a pair of espadrille wedges to wear with the star culottes - anyone recommend any comfy ones? I've very wide feet and the Boden ones are no good for me.

I nay be on holiday but i have just managed ro spend nearly 300 this morning!! Toast Japanese trousers, acorn pjs , denim skirt (just to see) and boxy top ..to get the free postage ( you have to spend 125 on full price stuff before you get it, but the good thing is that their refunds are super quick!

And hooray! More new hush sale stuff and my leopard linen tank is reduced at last !!

I’ve got to do some sleuthing today as my warehouse parcel is MIA.

I saw the new Hush stuff today as well. I’m tempted by the aqua blue palm tree jumper.

Well i ordered the hush espadrilles just to see. Not much else tempts me atm.

Actually its much less than it was as i chucked out a lot.. esp workwear and stuff that I bought for my non existent fantasy bright and busy social life . Im now buying only stuff I think suits the life I actually do lead and of better quality

Hello all! I've loved catching up on the thread and seeing all your lovely photos... clothes, holidays and home furnishings 😍😍. Your sofa is amaaaaaazing, soups). Just posting to mark my place on the new thread and will come back on later (when I've given up pretending I'm doing work...). We've had a fantastic holiday. Such good times and lovely places (too hot though, frankly... Glad to be back in normal mid-teen temperatures!). AND I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO WORK. WAAAAAAHHHHHH.

I confess I have done a laska and made a quick JL/ toast order on the train back... A reorder of the Lydia which I sent back before my holiday in favour of another blue dress (which was fab in the heat!) but was further reduced so it seemed rude not to (also a size larger, which will prob be too big on the top, but will be better for wearing a tee or something under into autumn) and a lovely cotton shirt which was also heavily reduced. And those stone coloured culottes that I think huff was considering and y'all talked her down... Also, I had total FOMO on the hush star culottes, so have ordered them (and the navy linen wide top) "just to see". I'm rubbish... Was going to go back on the bench and everything...

I saw some nice espadrilles at JL a while back and Dune also had some. I know it’s hard with the width - you might have to order several pairs (sizing up) and just hope that one of them is the right one for you.

Might also be worth a look at M&S since their footwear tends to come up big.

Otherwise as a last resort the Gabor Sizzle isn’t actually a true espadrille but it might scratch the itch? It’s nice and wide and accommodates my feet well.

Oh yes, I saw someone yesterday in Edinburgh with the Paula (?) skirt (the long chevron striped one that is much more stunning than it looks in the photos) and I think the hush khaki canvas trainers (accessorised with the cutest baby in the world) and she looked blooming fab... Waves if it was you! I'm kind of tempted now (skirt, not baby... that time is definitely over...) but I don't need any more skirts... (famous last words..)

@Binkybix I have that jumper. I haven't actually worn it as much as I thought I would - too warm for hot days and not quite warm e laugh for chilly evenings.

I think I might have seen some at Toms too? Not sure...

I’m itching to buy - have seen quite a few things I really want in the sales and ‘new in’ on my fave sites. But I’ve no more things to sell on eBay (without plundering some old favourites) so I shall have to wait and be sensible about it!

Ah me too Nink - my recent Hush purchases were rather spontaneous but I love them and want to keep but now need new shoes to match!
