Bless you cherries yes a K cup must have been a real cross to bear (literally and metaphorically) Yet in your pics before the op you never looked that huge to me (obviously desensitised to big boobs Grin) and now you positively look flat chested, never mind a 32G. Thanks for the Kensington heads up, I’m really kicking myself but pesky work interrupted me I had a 12 in my basket and when I returned to it later it was gone! Angry I’ll give the 10 a go hoping my weight loss will help but will not get my hopes up...

whisky my new CG hairdresser is truly lovely and a curly so we had a great chat. I have high hopes for a good trim (I don’t need a restyle) but she’s not as experienced as my previous CG cutters (Lindsey Hughes is my all time fave. Closely followed by Fabien and Matt. And I had a cut by the legendary Wafaya with Lorraine on hand so you see my curls have seen the best in the CG world already). I still have high hopes. She suggested using Lorraine’s “blue rinse” conditioner to tone in the grey with my dark natural colour and reddish ends. She’ll try it on me after the cut and if I like it she sells the Curly World conditioners by Lorraine so I can continue at home. I adore Lorraine’s terms and conditions conditioner (it is ££ but sooo good) so what I save on colour I’ll end up spending on products! Blush
She’s also reasonably priced compared to the “bigger” names in the CG world and only 10 miles from home and works as a mobile hairdresser so fingers crossed 🤞

Oh lord Raynauds nipples does indeed sound less than comfortable Just I want to laugh but feel mean!
Cherries yeahy at last boobs are settling, finally hopefully they are/you recovering & becoming perkier by the day.
My boobs are quite ridiculous for my frame (28/30f), if I had the funds when I was younger, would have definitely had a reduction but to late now as dicky heart & surgery not a good idea.
I got these swimsuits from Seaspray both with good reductions pink one was 23.00 down from 78.00 & the ombré one 39.00 down from 78.00 as well, both lovely quality & well made.
Keep chatting & will ‘see’ you all in a week.

Fabulous swimsuits len! Such great colours (bargainous too!). I imagine you’re nearly packed and ready to leave very early tomorrow so don’t expect a reply.
Wishing you a relaxed and very happy break in beautiful Menorca!

Ellapaella · 10/07/2019 23:02

@dontcallmelen I think you are starting to rival me with your eye for a bargain! Lovely swim suits.

Ellapaella · 10/07/2019 23:02

And enjoy Menorca! ☀️

neveradullmoment99 · 10/07/2019 23:08

Writersblock2 · 10/07/2019 23:10

New thread! Yay! Jumping back in. Has anyone tried/bought the cropped star trousers from Hush? Tempted but want some real pics first. Thanks!

Ellapaella · 10/07/2019 23:13

@Writersblock2 Never has ordered a pair and I also have a pair on the way. Will update as soon as they arrive. Hoping they will be ok for sizing as I love the look of them but they are selling out so fast.

justilou1 · 10/07/2019 23:24

Reynaud’s is so much fun, isn’t it@FuzzyPuffling? I get it in my hands and feet as well, and so does my eldest daughter. My husband didn’t take the pain part very seriously until he was shaking hands with a doctor from his work in the Nethetlands who apologized for his cold hands and explained that he had Reynaud’s. My DH said “Oh, my wife has that... she gets it in her nipples as well...” (Nice...) The doc immediately crossed his arms over his and said “Oh, the poor thing!!!” He was a little bit more sympathetic about it when I was threatening to invent sheepskin bras... (ew - can you imagine how stinky they would get?)

Writersblock2 · 10/07/2019 23:39

@Ellapaella - thank you, I will keep an eye on the thread!

neveradullmoment99 · 11/07/2019 00:05

I have ordered them @Writersblock2 I sized down as I bought the 12 but they seemed a bit bunchy at the top. They will come tomorrow so will post a picture of the ones that fit the best.

Writersblock2 · 11/07/2019 00:15

Awesome, thank you!

👋👋👋 laska enjoy the relatively cool temperatures today (mad isn’t it but after a week of 30C+ it’s nice to have a cloudy/fresh day I’m sure)

Really like those H&M trousers cherries, amazing print and they look great with the white T. You also have an eye for a bargain! Every time I visit H&M I’m just overwhelmed by the jumble sale feel of the place and confused but there are real gems there if you can separate the wheat from the chaff (remember the Crosby Stills and Nash song “almost cut my hair” Grin).
And btw when I said you look positively flat chested upthread it was meant as a compliment! Smile so I hope it didn’t come across the wrong way.

ilovecherries · 11/07/2019 10:42

Haha, I took it as a compliment, soy. It was actually dd who found the culottes, she has more patience for H&M rummaging than I do. She sent me a picture and said she thought they’d suit me and did I want her to buy them. She thought they were TTS as she tried the 10 to check, and they fitted her fine, so I took a punt on the 12s.

Never did you keep the M&S denim midi skirt? Its reduced to.£10 now.. I was looking at Toast denim ones this morning , but have taken a punt on the M&S ( seems rude not to at that price )

neveradullmoment99 · 11/07/2019 11:23

I did keep it. Its really nice. Oh well. I have already taken the tag off it. I think its a bargain!

neveradullmoment99 · 11/07/2019 11:27

I didn't pay full price anyway. I paid £18. Its an even better bargain now for £10!!! buy it now. Its lovely.
John lewis have had tremendous bargains. Reduced some seasalt stuff and toast stuff to a song. Sadly I missed most. Now its all OOS! [Annoyed!!]

neveradullmoment99 · 11/07/2019 11:28

I did however order the seasalt flowery rainjacket [lightweight] navy with large mustard flowers for £9!!! and a jumper for £14 - navy and pretty practical.

neveradullmoment99 · 11/07/2019 11:29

@Ilovecherries - Love the culottes. I agree about H&M. I have zero tolerance for mess. The one in Norway was good though! :) Nice to walk around and quiet.

miffy2 · 11/07/2019 11:40

Hi!
First a wee rant if may. How come that denim midi is £10 on the UK M&S site yet still €24 on the Irish one? FFS. It would be cheaper for me to buy from the UK site and use my forwarding service, including making a return if necessary. (Might just do that).

Anyway, deep breath. How are you all? I have been on my summer hols 11 blissful days now. No trips abroad, just getting sh*t done around the house, catching up with friends, reading, Netflix etc. Male cat needed a small procedure done yesterday so he is all cute and cuddly today (he's fine); DD is working in local Dunnes Stores and getting on fine; boys alternately sleeping/eating/playing PC games like typical teens. I am happy.
I returned the Nini dress this week; when it came down to it I didn't find a place for it in my day to day wardrobe. So that is €75 going back into my account. (Ruthless is my middle name). I wore the Aster skirt to a girls' lunch and got lots of compliments so that is a winner/keeper.
i may also return the H&M kimono (same pattern as those fab trousers, cherries) as I am not sure I would ever wear it. I could keep it as a glamorous dressing gown :) - having seen those PR shots and given our changeable Irish weather I am thinking ahead to A/W clothes.

Ellapaella · 11/07/2019 12:35

How annoying Miffy Love the Aster skirt, bet it looks great.

Can I show you all a picture of my lunch?😁 just about to tuck in - very delicious. It's pouring with rain here and I have youngest DS's friend here and taking them both to a nursery party this afternoon so though I'd treat myself to a slap up lunch.

Hushistas keep on keeping on!
Ellapaella · 11/07/2019 12:36

@miffy2 I meant annoying about the M&S skirt not that I'm annoyed you like the Aster skirt 😁

Ellapaella · 11/07/2019 12:38

@ilovecherries I like the culottes. I've a plain black pair from H&M on the way. Drives me mad for sizing as so unpredictable but we'll see.
