ooof cherries - pets are expensive. And stressful. Poor you (and poor DDog). Sorry to hear about your JL experience. I often find the glasgow one is ridiculously hot for some reason - but sounds as if the clientele were being CFs there too. Not what one expects in JL dahling... But Cos, you say...I didn't realise there was one in glasgow. Will have to pay a visit next time I'm through (there is a tiny concession in Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh but i can't face going in there as all the staff are 20 and gorgeous and look at me like they've got something on their shoe... Maybe I'm projecting slightly, but I never feel at all comfortable in there).
justi - I'm so glad to hear your moles have been cleared. And also it sounds as if they are a bit closer to the root of the hair loss (if you'll pardon the pun) which is promising. I've heard that too about "raw" honey being good for hayfever, and it kind of logically makes sense in my brain. I may try it just to ensure I keep warding off any symptoms... (purely medicinal you understand..).
laska - lol - if you don't qualify for a hush meet I'm not sure who does! Absolutely gorgeous skirt though, as others have said. I was tempted by the linen top too, but have resisted, on the grounds I am drowning in stripey tops. I have been quite impressed by toast customer services too - sounds like you'll get the second top by your holiday after all.
soy - hope your trip is going well - Villanelle would deffo approve of your suitcase... (just seen the episode where she ordered stuff on "expenses" to her hotel room - and i did think of us all on this thread doing that
).
Some lovely clothes linked! goodluck - that military jacket looks great on you! And gin - lovely earrings! Every now and again i wish I had my ears pierced - and then come to my senses and realise that I don't need anything else to spend money on - but they are beautiful. And at least you were easily able to send the skirts back, so they were basically "free". no, that is bad logic, but you know what i mean
miffy - love those zara tops too - though I have to say, in the first (black floral) one - WTAF is the model wearing on her legs???! Some kind of bin bag trouser? Or are they boots? Some weird stuff going on there....
len - yy I agree on Reiss - but soooo ££££ . And your other orders sound very useful, so as long as you stick to your mantra I don't think you'll regret it!
I did go for the M&S beauty box in the end on huff's recommendation (going to collect tomorrow probably) and thought I would try this dress as the qualifying spend (though will have a look round too while I'm there and may try something else instead as there were a few others that were just under the £40 that thought might be better). Thought it channelled the tea-towel dress hush has at the moment quite nicely. And it has occurred to me that our holiday is fast approaching (aaaaarrrrgh) and it is going to be flipping hot in France in July (never mind their current heat wave...) - not sure why I have only just thought of that. So I wanted maximum waft, which I think that will provide.
From the toast order, I think I actually prefer the linen dress to the lydia (which i already have several of, as mentioned) - and i deffo don't need 2 plain blue sundresses. I will also send back the lovely striped shirt
It is very soft and good quality, but I'm not sure i would get much use out of the style -especially as i seem to have moved away from skinny jeans to looser ones, and am always a bit unsure about tunics/ leggings on me. However, deffo no
as I am keeping this which was ordered on a bit of a whim - but is so pretty and lightweight and will go with shedloads of stuff i have.
