Vol85 was far too slow and hopefully a shiny new thread will get us all excited again.

Lots has been going on with lots of stress for many of us but our love of fashion and friendship keeps us here.

ugh, i am way too hot and fed up. Haven't bought anything new in ages as i'm under strict instructions from the doctor to go on a diet and so far have lost twenty pounds. its dull as anything and very veeeeeeeeery slow going as my meds make my body cling to everything but i'm trying. still, i suppose there will be some lurkers in myw ardrobe that might fit again, just nomotivation to go looking tbh

We’ve got two Dyson fans - they’re ace. Especially good around little people as no blades to tempt little hands.

I would love to do it as a job but people don’t want to spend money on it - they need the cash to shop.

Even my cleaner was telling me the other day that it was time for one of my clear outs. Poor thing has the job of sorting out my wardrobes and my bling. She pointed me towards this Coach handbag that I had bought early in the summer that she thought I had forgotten about as I hadn't used it.

I just returned that same bag Blingy - love, love the colour but didn't like the short shoulder strap & no zip - am super fussy. Anyway, lovely to see you back. Was thinking about you this week.

My friend paid about £500 for a wardrobe makeover a few years ago. The stylist spent a lot of time with her and she was very happy with the whole experience.

Have been perusing Hush & Uniqlo and have a shortlist - watch this space!

Hello!!!!! I’ve been awol for a bit as stuff going on at home and have been spending my time in relationships rather than s&b. But I’m back!!! Because of the stuff going on at home I need to save money so therefore buy less but I’ve got a bit left this month so am going to treat myself to a few new things to get me through the coming months.

I bought this dress just before it i went on holiday and love it. I haven’t worn red for years but if anyone sees a red jumper/blouse for me let me know.

Re the Uniqlo order, I'm waiting for the IDLF collection to drop later this week as there are a couple of things I like.

What I'd really like is one of these cashmere scarves in red but i have a habit of shrinking delicate fabrics so the grey check may be safer.

Good morning Voguettes! I love that bag Lib, such a great bargain! Also love QueenC's red dress and Marvellous' cherry jumper. I can't take the coats seriously at the moment!

I hope everyone had a good bank holiday weekend. We haven't spent time together as a family this summer and the dcs are back at school next week (the 2 months summer break has gone so quickly) so this weekend we had 2 family days out and then had a lovely bbq with friends at home yesterday. I have worn the same Gap boyfriend denim shorts all bh weekend paired with different tops each day. I think one more wear today and I can pack them away for next year
