Vol85 was far too slow and hopefully a shiny new thread will get us all excited again.

Lots has been going on with lots of stress for many of us but our love of fashion and friendship keeps us here.

Lib outfit sounds perfect for you. Seems strange talking about cold weather when the sun is out here today. :)

libertyonhertravels · 29/07/2019 10:35

Yup, I know. I think I contribute less on here as I'm out of season!

I ordered this jumper today. Have been looking at it for ages and finally on sale.

libertyonhertravels · 29/07/2019 10:42

I would love to try this jumpsuit but can't find it in my local shops and in NZ you generally can't return sales items bought on line ( or in shops) realities of life outside regulated EU environment

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 29/07/2019 12:50

shop Grin I'm here for it Grin

Outfit sounds v chic Lib! And wow love the jumpsuit but agree it's risky, it's the same with US sites isn't it? We are lucky here with our 14 day law.

Unimpressed with NAP CS. Did a sales order just before the extra 20% off kicked in, and one of the 2 items was included in the offer. I rang them to ask them to honour the discount and they insisted it wasn't included! I had to send a screenshot to prove that it was, and I'm still waiting for a reply, plus she was super rude on the phone, no apology for the discrepancy between her system and mine, so she basically thought I was lying. Tempted to just send it all back so they don't get any of my money!

Dreamqueen · 29/07/2019 12:51

Love that jumpsuit Shop. Hope *MrShop8 recovers enough to go on holiday.

Kitty they are great buys, especially like the swimsuit.

Justa glad that you wore your sandals.

I bought Liberty Toms in the sale. They are so comfortable.

MrDream and I are off to his follow up appointment at the stroke clinic this afternoon. He's made good progress but gets frustrated easily.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 29/07/2019 14:39

I got the NAP discount, so they're back in my good books.

Dream I hope the appointment goes well Flowers Your link doesn't work for me!

shopafrolic · 29/07/2019 15:25

Link fail for me too Dream. I hope all goes well with the consultant.
This Sweaty Betty jumpsuit really is brill - loads of compliments, so easy to wear and so so comfortable. Would be brill to travel in.
That was not ideal with NaP CS Blair - glad they honoured it in the end.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 29/07/2019 16:12

That's really good about the jumpsuit Shop, it sounds fab. I only own 1 pair of their leggings but have often thought SB clothes look really well designed, nothing too trendy but great versatile loungewear or athleisure.

shopafrolic · 29/07/2019 17:23

Lib I got the dark burgundy colour x

Dreamqueen · 29/07/2019 18:50

Sorry about non working link. The Toms are in the picture. They could be my new go to traveling on holiday shoe.

Doctor was happy with MrDreams progress but concerned that the bleed hasn't decreased much in size so it's another MRI in 3 months to see if any progress. She doesn't think there will be much change in short term memory and concentration. But any progress is a plus.

Good news for the day is the 2 dresses I bought in the M&S 90% off sale are keepers. They arrived this afternoon. Originally £49 each, paid £5 each. I love a bargain. Can't link because they're out of stock now.

Hi Voguettes.. I've just had a make up clear out. And in between my 100 odd lipsticks I've realised I have run out of decent primer. Can you recommend a good one please? One that doesn't pill under foundation, and makes me look about 20 years old would be marvellous Grin

justasecond · 30/07/2019 19:49

Have you tried the Becca backlit primer shop I've been using it for a few years and love it. Laura Mercier is highly rated but did nothing for me.
See if you can get a sample from space nk.

Themarvellousmrsm · 30/07/2019 20:18

Not a newbie, just a new name as was fedup with the old one

Shop I really liked the hourglass primer someone on here recommended. Also had a good one in the M&S calendar-think it was a moisturiser & primer in one; will see if I can find which one.

Themarvellousmrsm · 30/07/2019 20:19

Hang on, did I just read 100 lipsticks 😲 I have 4!

DryWhiteagainW · 30/07/2019 21:03

100 lipsticks Shock .....love the jumpsuit Shop

Thinking of packing now....I have 3 days, just can’t judge how much to take for 10 days......problems, problems.....

shopafrolic · 30/07/2019 21:09

100 is an exaggeration but I do have bloody loads.
I get freaked when people NC. Are you a regular contributor Marvellous?

Themarvellousmrsm · 30/07/2019 21:38

Yes Shop, clue is in the first sentence

shopafrolic · 30/07/2019 22:03

I’ll never remember who you are. There’s a reason i’ve Had the same name for the last 8 years Grin
Can anyone find me this t-shirt I particularly want white with thin black stripes. Struggling as it seems to be OOS everywhere.

DryWhiteagainW · 31/07/2019 08:34

Oh that’s very good Mrs Marv love it!

It’s going packing bonkers chez Dry. Does anyone else need to wash everything (and drive their family nuts in the ore holiday run up by forbidding them to wear any “nice” clothes in case they want to go on holiday....because you know “on holiday” it’s impossible to wash any thing, or but any thing....hence the whole of Booots is currently in my windowsill ....pic coming.....take the piss if you like Smile )
Not only am I packing for 10 day holiday but also for DS year in OZ which is completely sending me into a spin.

DryWhiteagainW · 31/07/2019 08:39

Think I may have gone a bit overboard Grin

Good name change mrsm or would you rather be called marvelous Wink

Shop I always use LM primer. I have a glut of eye pencils - always buy them thinking "this, this will change my look, I shall be glamorous and sultry and dramatic" and then can't be arsed with the faff of it Grin.

libertyonhertravels · 31/07/2019 10:25

Newsflash dry they do sell shampoo AND deodorant in Australia Grin

Themarvellousmrsm · 31/07/2019 11:08

DryWhiteagainW · 31/07/2019 11:08
