Most flattering Capri trousers ......thought I would share

Ignoring the bid-tastic store these come from - these are the best trousers I have found for yonks and are perfect for apples as they just pull on without a fixed waistband.

They are like leggings in that they need an arse covering top but the EASE of wear is something special. (Sighs in a good way)

Anyhoo really flattering, wash well and in a whole array of colours. Not sheer at all either. Oh yes and they make legs look thinner too unlike jeggings.....

are they high waisted? I have big belly that needs covering, not chopping in half so muffin hangs over.

Yes they are nighty 🙂 I have a proper mother’s apron going on that I dress around -so I need a decent rise or I get the double joy that is a camel’s knuckle and soufflé gut.

In sheer desperation I bought a pair of these in plain black in the ankle length variation
I would say size down one size
I have never had so many compliments - made me look like I had gone down at least a size - held it all in, didn’t wrinkle or need ironing, washed well
If I wore crop pants would buy this version
I’m more of a dress person for summer

They are 74% viscose. Is that a sweaty fabric?

What is this Roman place of which you all speak - never heard of it - Oh I am so rubbish. That said my mother has introduced me to this make ( I think Danish & equally had never heard of them before ) and they are jolly comfortable and a pretty forgiving fit and a fairly flattering shape www.laurie-shop.eu/shop

I am a sheep. Even though I am on a no buy I am always on the look out for the perfect crop trouser and have bought the black and navy. I have bought them in size 12 and 14 because I am not sure about sizing and will return the ones that don't fit.

No pockets. No way.

No pockets is one of the selling points for me. I prefer a streamlined look. Pockets sometimes become elephants ears, they stick out making hips look larger. My hips are big enough as it is!

Ok so I have been brave. Bear in mind I am no fashion model but an ordinary middle aged woman who aims to look vaguely put together....

I've had some lovely quality cotton vest tops and strappy tops from Bon Marche over the years.

THESE are from Roman Originals HOllow. 😁 The only items I have purchased from this , er, style emporium.

Admittedly aimed at a similar demographic mind.....

I have yet to discover the delights of a jaunt round Bon Marche- I JUst live vicariously through my mum on that front.......
