To live up to the new thread title, we were talking about attractive royal men, weren't we?

HCP (Hot Carl Philip) definitely my no 1 piece of royal totty! HH (Hottie Haakon) is not bad, nor is Harry, and let's not forget SFF (Silver Fox Felipe)! We also have HWBK (Hot Would-be King) and an honorary mention to HSPM (Hot Spanish Prime Minister). I think I've covered all the acronyms there!

Going against the grain, I thought DoC looked fantastic! Her hair and makeup we’re both amazing as well.

Meghan finally wearing something that a) fits and b) suits the occasion perfectly. The brocade works really well and the dress and open coat combo was v flattering. She’s absolutely glowing as well.

I'm even getting bored by Kate's good girl bouncy curls. She's like a Labrador: healthy eyes and teeth and a shiny fur.

Picking up on Catherine's clothes, I read something recently where it said she orders similar stuff from different designers. While we'll never know why she dresses the way she does, some say a uniform type wardrobe, I wonder if she's trying hard to do a good job and not just be a clothes horse as she appreciates the position she is in.

I love Meghan’s look, the clothes, styling, hair and makeup. Although these are just snapshots of their lives, Meghan also seems more relaxed and comfortable generally. I can’t imagine anything more intimidating than having Royals as in-laws, so hopefully it’s gradually becoming her “new normal”.

I also would love to see Catherine branch out, I could just imagine her looking fab in a glamorous trouser suit and bling at an event such as this. However, she looks perfectly nice and obviously has “looks” that she is comfortable with.

A gentle reminder that HH is mine first, it's my linen cupboard he's going to be tucked away in but I will loan him out occasionally if you like

Meghan's coat today is Amanda Wakely (British designer klaxon!) but no word on her dress designer. Kate's dress is by a mystery "private dressmaker". Could dressmaking be one of her hidden talents?

Is Kate heading down the route of the queen with a personal designer do we think?

Meghans coat is also a rewear isn't it? Any news on her dress because that it's the best fitting outfit she has had in a while!

I also think this is the best Meghan has looked. I was a bit suspect about wearing the coat indoors but the DM says yhst Anne was there wearing a double breasted coat so it's clearly OK.

Maybe Catherine’s perfectly happy to pass the fashion baton to Meghan and not to feel under constant pressure to be sartorially cutting edge. Perhaps her natural style is be mostly low-key with the occasional big flourish. She always had a very attractive posh home-counties (with fab hair) look before her marriage but it was never fashion forward and that seems to be her comfort zone.

HSPM gets a mention as he's freqently photographed with Felipe and Letizia. Lucky Letizia!

I'm afraid I disagree about the make-up. Not just Kate. With cameras now, the blusher is so glaringly OTT, how must it look in the flesh?

Just looking at the photos again, I agree with the comment above about Kate being a labrador. I think she's great, but she is really becoming so dull in the way she dresses. Chop the locks off and get an edgy cut, put on some weight, wear some more exciting clothes, you have the figure!
Meghan, ditch the bronzer and get a stylist. This is actually the first time she has looked great for a long while. I don't know why she and Harry can't work the room separately though. Why do they need to cling to each other all the time?

Still waiting for a natural photo of W&H together. or indeed William with anyone other than Kate, the Queen or guests. I saw one photo where William was standing with Camilla to one side and Meghan a bit behind. It must be excruciatingly awkward to be in a room of people with cameras if they are actively trying to avoid one another. I am still hoping they are great friends with one another. Now is their chance to dispel those rumours. If they don’t, then sadly I guess they are true after all. As someone with an estranged sibling, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
