Glossybox advent calendar 2018

Anyone else with the Glossybox calendar and want to discuss what you’ve got each day ?

Day 1 - not a shade I would have chosen (I got the pink-red called Burning Love) but it actually looks really good on. I like the texture, gloss enough to be able to put a light layer on if you don’t want to go the whole hog.
All in all, v pleased with that for day 1.

Anyone else ?!

Definitely in the market for new skincare discoveries so this should be interesting.

Think today's lip item will be going on the swaps pile, don't wear lip stuff enough to use it!

I was hoping this would be double ended with a lip colour, never mind.

Basically like the lip primer we had, but instead you put this on top. Would of liked a colour tbh..

Hmmm this seems like a product that’s most useful for a regular lipstick user. I too would have preferred another lip colour.

My dd has taken this and said she will wear it as a lip gloss.

Remember I got the wrong glossybox? They sent me a new one today and it’s wrong again! Different products to what I had before but still only 24 boxes and not the same as you lot! Grrrrrrrr!

I think today's palette may go on the swaps pile too I have, however, been wearing the mascara every day!

Those eyeshadow colours are quite something!

I dont wear eyeshadow, if i did id be happy. Ill be giving it away!

Wow colours ! I can’t decide whether to keep it or put it on the swaps pile. I love the navy and the gold.

PS. My best products so far = the mascara, the conditioner and the two serums.

I don't think mind has a navy though - are there two colour ways again? Mine is called cosmic vixen.

I have Cosmic Vixen too. No navy in it. Think I prefer the sound of the other one!

Yeah, im not sure either. Is it a facial cleanser sponge thing? Or do use it with a cleanser. Need to read up on it!

Judging by the blurb on the Glossybox website it doesn’t need additional cleanser - it contains cleansing ingredients. It’s biodegradable and so is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional cleansers, allegedly. I was hoping for a cleanser so I’ll give it a good try !

Re eyeshadow - maybe not navy. I meant the blue one bottom right in the palette. Maybe more like mid blue ? The gold one is above it.

I'm quite looking forward to the sponge but bit sure whether to use it first or second as I generally double cleanse... any ideas?

Im going to use the sponge for travelling. Pop in my hand luggage, saves taking a liquid.

I use a hair mask weekly, so this will get popped away. Only 11 more goodies to get though!

I used the sponge last night. Seemed to work well. I usually use a flannel but this seems like a good option too so will keep using it.

I like the hair mask. Smells nice, will use. Full sized tube - good value !
