Glossybox advent calendar 2018

Anyone else with the Glossybox calendar and want to discuss what you’ve got each day ?

Day 1 - not a shade I would have chosen (I got the pink-red called Burning Love) but it actually looks really good on. I like the texture, gloss enough to be able to put a light layer on if you don’t want to go the whole hog.
All in all, v pleased with that for day 1.

Anyone else ?!

Today’s is nice. I got the berry scent, what did everyone else get ? We’re off to a good start so far I think.

I love it! I got Season of Peace. Really delighted with this calendar so far.

I got season of peace too. So far this calendar feels very substantial. The items are a good size, so I think it’s going to be well worth the money.

I got the Perfect tree scent

DD has this calendar... she got the Berry candle today, smells nice.

I got berry. Would've loved the Perfect Tree one but don't see anyone wanting to swap I am a Yankee Candle fan anyway, so I'm fine with it, though I wouldn't want more than one have plenty already.

I got the berry trifle Yankee candle today.
Love candles so this was a nice surprise , burning it now.

I bought DD this for her birthday (along with a years subscription). I couldn’t resist and bought myself one too. Pretty happy so far! 😄

I wonder how many of the items have variations?

I received a French calendar. I opened mine all at once, and they wanted me to pack the calender back up in original condition. God knows how long it would then take to get the right one.

Im happy with todays, wonder if the shampoo is lurking in the calendar somewhere?

Happy with today's too, conditioner for fine hair is my bag! Is that what everyone else has?

Yes I got bodybuilding conditioner. Pleased with that - it’s a good size and will definitely get used !

I have that conditioner but have unruly thick hair so DD will benefit from both.

Mascara day! Haven't tried it yet but the container looks impressive.

OOOOOOOH! Full sized mascara! So exciting.

I do not know this brand AT ALL but from a quick google it seems to be a niche millennial startup with a fairly impressive backstory ....

Mascaras a good one to get, havent bought any this year because i got about 4 last year out of advents!

I’m stalking this thread but don’t have the calendar - it’s more to see if I want to invest in it next year

Very impressed with the Nars lipgloss as I love Nars. I have the M&S one and was saying I’d like a candle too.

What are the brands of the other items?

Ooh I missed this thread! Got my Glossybox using the Black Friday code with the 1p Karl L box so I didn’t bother to look at the content beforehand, it was cheap enough not to worry about it.

Pretty impressed so far, I got Immoral for my NARS lip product, not my colour at all but mother admired it so I’ll slip it in with her Xmas gifts. I won’t use the Nip and Fab, I’ve spent years sorting my skin and literally don’t dare put anything new into my routine, but I knew I wouldn’t use any skincare that popped up so that’s my fault, it’s a nice product in a good size.
Got the berry candle, not wild about Yankee but i quite like this one, will stick it in the bathroom for post-husband scent
Love the conditioner, right up my street and I haven’t tried any PK before.
Mascara looks fabulous, full size, nice sized wand AND looking at the website it’s tubing I only wear tubing mascara and have run out so absolutely perfect.

I AM feeling a bit guilty I didn’t buy my Mum one (since I got it on sale..) so am going to pass at least some of the products on to her
