Hmmm
Not sure about this mornings hair perfume.
I am not keen on the smell at all.
It's a good handbag size though.
Maybe useful if you work somewhere where your hair gets smelly??
Not for me

Luvacuppatea · 13/12/2018 07:23

I rather like the hair perfume - I’ve only sprayed a bit into the air so far, not actually on my hair! Smells quite strong though, so might ‘clash’ if wearing another perfume. Out for coffee later so might use this in lieu of perfume and see if anyone notices / likes the smell 😀. Wasn’t keen on the lip gloss yesterday, as most glosses seem to dry out my lips rather than moisturise, so I tend not to use them now.......

PinkysEars · 13/12/2018 07:58

For me this completely falls into "I'd never in a million years have bought this for myself, but it's really good fun to try it" territory.

That's what I'm loving most about the calendar: so many things I wouldn't have tried otherwise. I'm really enjoying it.

Stitchosaurus · 13/12/2018 08:31

The hair perfume isn’t my favourite, not hugely keen on the smell, but I agree with you pinkys - it’s fun to try!

Haven’t used my sheet mask yet either...will use it and the bath oil this weekend hopefully.

I stand alone with my gloss, have slapped it on again today!

Luvacuppatea · 13/12/2018 08:40

Forgot to add to my earlier post that I love the REN primer - have used it for the 2nd time this morning and it really does make my skin feel smooth and ready for makeup........

chickydoo · 13/12/2018 08:40

I like the gloss too!
I've put it on over my lippy.
I've used the bath oil loads! A few drops in my bath every night.
I will give DD the hair perfume.
I just don't like the smell

chloechloe · 13/12/2018 10:59

I quite like the smell of the hair perfume but I only used a tiny bit. I think this product is trying to invent something that isnt needed to get us to buy more stuff!

Then again I might actually use it. I haven’t been wearing perfume of late as I have a 3 week old baby but I might use a bit of this on my hair —to cover up the eau de night sweats and fermented breast milk—.

Day 13 - Hair perfume !

Actually can't stand this, smells of care homes in my opinion. Will be regifting on!

Got to say, I don't really like the other hair product either. Will have to regift it somewhere.

I'm a bit meh about this one. Don't love it and don't hate it. I haven't actually tried it yet so no idea what it smells like.

I would never in a million years buy something like a hair perfume so maybe this is a way of giving the idea a go!

Twotabbycats · 14/12/2018 00:53

Was thinking I'd got a different product to everyone else today ... well I have because I opened the wrong box! 18 instead of 13

Like the look of the REN, haven't tried yet and don't usually use a primer but will try it cos I like REN and it's silicone free. Like many I'm a bit meh about the clear gloss - usually prefer a coloured one.

chickydoo · 14/12/2018 07:35

Very impressed with this mornings!
Dr Sebagh serum repair.
Just googled, and it is selling for over £60 ( same size)
I was hoping for a serum, as I have run out.
Hopefully it will do the job.

Luvacuppatea · 14/12/2018 08:03

Happy to get this serum. It was in the calendar last year, but when I opened mine the dropper inside the bottle had snapped off part way down and I was so worried that there might be glass fragments in the product that I had to throw it out! Fingers crossed for better luck this year - so looking forward to trying this later.....

chloechloe · 14/12/2018 08:09

I’m really pleased with this. I’m just coming to the end of one bottle (not sure where I have it from - was it in last year’s calendar too???). It’s really good at plumping the skin up. I use it at night but after reading the card I think I’ll give it a go during the day too.

What I love about the calendar is that the value of the products is so much more than the cost of the calendar. So even if there are a few products that I don’t like, I like to tell myself that it’s good value for money!

chloechloe · 14/12/2018 08:10

Our posts have just crossed cuppa! That’s really annoying that yours was broken last year.

Strange that the same product is in it two years in a row, but as it’s so good, I’m not complaining!

PinkysEars · 14/12/2018 08:19

Delighted with this one. It's not a brand I've tried and I can see that the reviews are excellent. Really looking forward to using it later.

Costacoffeeplease · 14/12/2018 08:42

I’m looking forward to using this one too

Stitchosaurus · 14/12/2018 09:34

The serum is in the calendar every year, or at least it has been for the last three!

I use it at night because it was pilling under my make up but that’s possibly because I was slapping too much on. Great timing because I was just running out of serum.

I’m using the votary face cream every morning at the mo, it’s fab for winter skin. And the primer each day too. Very pleased by the deodorant - I was worried it wouldn’t be as effective as an anti-perspirant but it’s worked really well. Used the hair texturiser this morning after blow drying. Basically, I’m getting lots of use out of the goodies and I’m very pleased with this year’s offerings!

It’ll be painful if I want to replace anything though, I wouldn’t normally spend that much!

Costacoffeeplease · 14/12/2018 09:51

That’s the worry isn’t it, if they become must haves at £60+ each Smile

Costacoffeeplease · 14/12/2018 09:52

I may re purchase the deodorant depending on how long it lasts, as it’s quite expensive too

bengalcat · 14/12/2018 10:37

All the products except the hair things are lovely and I'd never buy serums and stuff normally - I moisturise with ponds cream just like my mother did at @£5 a pot - loved the moisturising laundry cloth though

Luvacuppatea · 14/12/2018 12:21

I’m also getting a little worried about getting hooked on these £60+ lotions and potions. My previous spend has been more in the ‘less than a tenner’ bracket 😂

littlepooch · 14/12/2018 12:49

Excited about this one! I'm an ANR devotee so be nice to try something different.

I can see me wanting to buy quite a few things once they run out......

santababyconvertible · 14/12/2018 17:16

Sorry everyone for the delay....

Day 14 - Dr Sebagh serum repair!

Not entirely sure what this is, never used a serum (probably a bit too young for it to have benefit).
