I had those Ugg slippers Blingy, purhcased in Oz, smug face, but couldn't keep them on my feet going downstairs not so smug face so they ended up on ebay! They were so cosy though.

I spent the morning Christmas shopping with a vague plan to also find a top/blouse for some xmas/nye parties coming up but everywhere was too busy so I ended up with a headache and a spectacularly bad mood!

Am in town today doing lovely things; hoping to pop into Liberty for a browse-their Christmas Shop is always lovely and I love the Beauty department. Think I'll wear the selected femme black dress with opaques, snake print ankle boots and jigsaw (purple grey tweedy check) coat.

Fedup that sounds like the best kind of day, Liberty is my happy place! Have similar planned for next week with my sisters, can’t wait. Really want to see the DVF tree at Claridges, already did the Michael Craig-Martin one at The Connaught.

Have ordered a party dress from Ganni. It hasn’t arrived yet but I wanted something low key and easily re-wearable so will see.

Mara the DVF tree looks fab - I saw it on someone's Insta last night. Would love to get into town before Christmas but not sure if it will happen. DF is home but has already fallen so no idea what happens next and feeling very stressed today.
Gang are smashing it at the moment. Love that dress Mara do report back. I also loved the black dress that Claudia wore this weekend on Strictly.
The top is great - I might have been able to fit the 12 (had one been available) as it has a full length zip at the back but it still looks good especially if tucked in. I want to get some tailored black cigarette pants but I have no idea when I'll get time. Trinny wore it with burgundy velvet which looked fabulous but I doubt I'd be able to carry that off.
Fedup enjoy your day - I usually head to the Liberty Christmas shop to buy a bauble for the tree each year. This is the first year I haven't managed it :(
