Hello all - new thread to keep us going for the AW18 collection.

I think I prefer the black and it will still be good in winter and also could be put with different things.

I love the cream one, soy, the all black looks more wintery to me. But have you looked at the washing instruction on the website? Nightmare. It will take forever to dry if you can’t spin it at all.

Thank you never yes I agree with you the Black is far more practical and thicker Knit so can wear well into autumn.
The v neck is also lovely but not as practical and unsure how much wear it would get tbh, plus it’s super delicate knit which would snag easily and a pain to hand wash

The washing directions for the black is the same. Hand washing is one thing but I don’t have space to dry sopping wet ckothing for days at a time. Your poor foot, and poor you. It’s so crap and frustrating for you.

If the washing machine instructions are hard I would def return unless you adore it. It means unless you do exactly the right thing it will go out of shape or shrink or something and knowing what some hush knitwear can be like I would return it.

You can roll it in a towel. That's what I do and kind of squeeze it.

Still a PITA though.

Nah life is too short, I barely have time to keep up with washing machine laundry. Back it goes.

You’re welcome cherries I wish I was back to my normal two footed self and then you’d be able to see the peekaboo better styled I don’t think my pic does it justice as the lace on top and bottom with the right styling is truly nice in RL

Oh yes laska also keeping the Black frayed shorts. Amazingly they fit in a 10! Love them and as we’ve now decided to postpone our hols in Spain till the second half of Sept it’ll get be great for then and now.
I AM determined to have a holiday as I’m working through despite all my health woes and my boss will just have to live with it. No one should be that indispensable in any case and I’ve soldiered through till 11pm with the Latam project all this week. Thankfully no more late nights till next week...I have a thing to attend with work in Madrid in early Oct but I’ll just take an internal flight at the end of the hols and that’s that!

M&S have some nice leopard print shoe/boot also have some black leather ankle boots, wry similar to DMs & ones with buckles £75.00
Also have a checked dropped waist dress, which I quite like would look good with boots & biker jacket I think, ooh & a rather bright faux fur jacket.

Ok.. Parcels came. Super excited.. It was a mixed bag: So here are my 'reviews' (and pics of mostly what i have kept)

Black star jeans 12 . Meh.. too big on bum and tops of legs , Ok elsewhere, But stiff with no stretch , ( that's ok) , and stars printed on in a sort of 'plastically ' print. They would soften down but in the end are just black jeans. I also think after a couple of washes the stars could start to disappear.. just not special enough for the price I reckon I could buy black jeans and stencil stars on just as well

Black V neck wide top.. its the same fine fabric as last years but I like last years better. again., Not that special , going back
Same with long line charcoal T .. £35 and not worth it compared to my H&M tops

Winners :
Navy Ivy XS, love it. I think its the same weight fabric as last year ,
Charcoal and Green wide neck tops XS . Fab both of them

(the S in all of these is too big on me and I am 12/14 on top )
leopard print leggings Adore, adore .. (have kept the M although S did fit , hope they dont stretch ) they are a little long on me
Navy star sweat . this is lovely , but I cant really get a decent photo. I have the S (even though possibly the M would fit me a little better right now) because in my experience Hush sweats do stretch . ( looking at you yellow Love sweat and Green tattoo heart) .

laska Thanks for the pics and reporting back. I adore the leopard leggings on you but may have to pass after all if they’re too long on you on me they’ll look ridiculously bunched up.
Ditto the v neck I was lusting after but now won’t bother due to your feedback on quality.
Also think the sweat looks great!

Yes laska it’s the black frayed cotton jumper on sale, wearing M in pic and keeping it’s not such an open weave and not see through. You can’t really see it in the pics but it’s got different textures on the black knit and definetely something you can throw on well into Autumn
