Hello all - new thread to keep us going for the AW18 collection.

never Thats really very worrying about bobbling on the black top on first wearing. Any ideas how that happened? Did you sit or lean up over a wooden bench perhaps?

Ella have you ordered the parka yet? Hoping to order tomorrow or Thursday with birthday money and vouchers. Just wondering what size you decided on, I’m a pretty standard 10 but am thinking an 8 based on Hush sizing.

@Laska, I wear a key fob on a lanyard. I am thinking that it is that? That is the only thing that it can be. Hoping in a way it Is that so I can avoid wearing my top to work.

..which is a shame as I planned to wear it tomorrow but I really cant afford for my top to be ruined and I need to wear the lanyard!

yep that will be it probably , but even so the fabric really shouldnt bobble that quickly.. is it very bad?

I would honk so never. All my jumpers ended up bobbled there when I was working. Now that I’m only ever a visitor on sites I thread them through my bag. It’s really annoying.

So really warning anyone who wears an identity badge on a lanyard to work, not to wear that top with it!!!

These threads have been running for a year now! I’m sure they started just as A17 was launched. My first purchase was a pair of charcoal harems in an XL. Just bought a new pair in an S.

I dont wear mine either , just carry it about with me if i need it , but then I have a desk job

Its not awful and no one else would notice it but when I am looking down I can kind of see it. I have washed it so will see how it is. The material is very fine though so care has to be taken not to pull or catch it. I suppose the lanyard is a bit woven and on the very fine material it has probably just rubbed on it. Annoying.

I need to get in and out of my classroom/other classes with it otherwise I am locked out [ no bad thing maybe ha ha] . Sometimes I don't have my bag and I feel I would put it down somewhere and lose it.

each don’t be like me soldiering in with flu/double ear and chest infections and now a broken ankle. In my case at least I can take it at my own pace as I don’t have to commute to an office.

My parcel arrived in Dublin yesterday morning but the so-and-so forwarders haven’t deposited it in my locker yet. Supposed to be a 24-hour turnaround but they have been getting a lot slower later.

Do you think it’s okay for a 40 year old, I was worried it might be a bit young. I love the jumper with it but not sure I can justify that!

I am ordering on Friday (payday) - got some overtime and back pay due so as @SoyYo says I am keeping my halo polished until then. I'm going to go with my usual size not my Hush size as I've heard that the coat sizes are not so generous this season. I'll report back as soon as it arrives.

Have name changed at last but not new to the thread. On a family day out today and actually asked someone if the dress they were wearing was a Hush one. It was the leopard print Ivy I think and it looked gorgeous. Spotting a fellow Hushista is fun and they always look good.

I think everyone looks great in their photos and I’ve made up my mind to order the leopard print leggings as nobody has looked bad in them so far so must be good. Also the neck wide top in gray rather than black.

I really love the animal print star jumper but it’s just too expensive for the amount I’d wear it. The red coat looks lovely and I might order that to try on. I tried the black faux fur one in JL the other day but it just felt a bit cheap without a lining.

Wearing piquante Santana today and last year's peach/pale pink linen raw edge T .and my gold salties. It still feeling like summer here - more like usual British summer though. I want to get as much wear out of summer stuff as I can. Before I have to enclose my legs in leggings and boots..
