or the Freesia lurex stripe dress? ( but its expensive) .
or is it a casual jumpsuit sort of wedding ? I love the Tessa but MN is a bit against black to weddings , (but id wear it to one with nice heels ),

ilovecherries · 19/08/2018 11:44

I think a jumpsuit would be nice. I’d wear that in black, where I wouldn’t wear a black dress. I’d bling it up with some jewellery and makeup.

I’m wearing my frayed star jeans and Sintra dupe from M&S, with Liberty Nike trainers, shaved head and silver hoops. Bring on the twee and the nice camel trousers ;)

EachandEveryone · 19/08/2018 11:45

I couldn’t expose my arms with the skylar it is nice though

Ellapaella · 19/08/2018 11:56

The Ursula maxi dress could be dressed up for an occasion as could the melody print dress. Pub wedding doesn't sound too formal so both of those could work.

Yes the jumpsuit is really nice, and would dress up for a wedding if needs be and be 'cool' and relaxed if not .. would look great with these and the the Hush Flori bag

I'm also wearing frayed star jeans ( first time! it hasnt felt cool enough to wear jeans since I bought them ) and my Hush yellow slub T .
ill be going out in a bit ( just to ferry/shop will put on my blue Brayebrooks and be a total Hushista Grin

Tackling the wardrobe later ..

PorpoisefullyObtuse · 19/08/2018 12:03

Linky linky for the shirt Ilovecherries! Like the sound of that outfit.

ilovecherries · 19/08/2018 12:22

It was last year’s, porpoise. Just saw it one day as I was passing through on my way to the food hall. Navy viscose with little starbursts, it has washed like a dream. Would def buy another in a smaller size if they did something similar this year.

EachandEveryone · 19/08/2018 13:23

I can’t beleive I’m down Oxford Streer again taking my Madonna clothes back. As I’m not rushing I should go to John lewis shouldn’t I?

ilovecherries · 19/08/2018 13:29

It is your duty Each. Take lots of photos :)

EachandEveryone · 19/08/2018 13:30

What Madonna clothes? didn't you go in the end each , or did you have several options to try out ?

Id love to see the Tessa jumpsuit if they have any .. (was wondering about going over to Southampton myself..) . also the Harri(red fur coat).
can you have a snoop and see if JL have either of those ?

My best hair product , is Aveda Daily Damage remedy conditioner .
( leave in )expensive but really good . but my hair is very different style to yours, but suffers because of dyeing. I buy it from Look Fantastic online , because its often the cheapest place esp with Quidco offers

checkedcloth · 19/08/2018 13:44

Hello All

Could I ask a quick question about a Hush product? I fancy the Emanuelle Dress - would you say it comes up big like other Hush dresses?

Thank you!

EachandEveryone · 19/08/2018 13:46

I shall look for you. I had a great night but panicked so much I bought too many shoes!! Just in primark returning.

PorpoisefullyObtuse · 19/08/2018 14:32

Checked RedTulip tried it. Think it comes up a bit big but possibly gapes a bit over the bust if you are blessed with a bosom. I’ve got it on order due mid week if you can wait?

redtulip12 · 19/08/2018 14:37

@checkedcloth I have the Emmanuelle. I ordered in Xs and am an 8-10. It does gape a bit at the bust I am a 30E. However if I open the next button down it looks fine and can always wear a vest under. I wouldn't want to go bigger as would be to baggy elsewhere.

EachandEveryone · 19/08/2018 14:58

Omg the jumpsuit looks very long. Can’t see the red coat

Ellapaella · 19/08/2018 15:01

@EachandEveryone have you tried Moroccan oil? My hair goes frizzy in humid weather and it's the only product that works for me. The branded one that is - the cheaper mixed Argan oils are not so god.
Alternatively a friend of mine who has super curly hair which goes frizzy uses a product from Lush - can't remember what it's called but it's a cream she leaves in. I'm sure the Staff in the shop would know what it is, my friend swears by it.

Just picked up my M&S leggings. See photos for comparison. They are a busier print. Seem good quality. Consensus from my family is to stick with the Hush ones however for the price the M&S pair are a good buy too.

Another one in my star fray jeans today, along with maroon lightning bolt tee and a surprise, bargainous, gorgeous green biker jacket from Sainsburys. My new season Hush stuff is apparently now at my local sorting office so should be here tomorrow.

EachandEveryone · 19/08/2018 15:35

Paloma jumper comes up big, the jumpsuit on ankle I’m 5ft 6 I’m loving the star jumper. Not much is jumping out at me tbh and I know uniqlo have got just as nice v necks in for a quarter of the price

Liesel skirt looks nice thought it looks quite long.. , and love the uniqlo jumper on you .

GinandGingerBeer · 19/08/2018 16:47

@EachandEveryone I have frizzy hair if I leave it to it's own devices!
If I want to dry it with a diffuser or let it dry au natural, I use Aveda Be Curly. It's a cream you put on wet hair and can then top it up if needed but it doesn't leave hair crunch or crispy like mousse or other curl products do.
If I'm drying it 'smooth' , I blast it with a hairdryer and then use a babyliss heated barrel brush which is amazing! It's not the babyliss big hair which is for drying and styling, it gets as it as ghds but it has a large rotating barrel. Leaves it shiny and bouncy.
I might have a pic somewhere of before and after I took for a friend .....

missfliss · 19/08/2018 16:50

Gulp.

I bought boots.
