Beauties never!
Reminds me I forgot to show the bracelet I got from Hush, it’s not as nice as my Swarovski ones but it’s also around £45 cheaper so decided to keep for a change from my black and purple Swarovski ones

Hush AW18 continued...
neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:36

Thanks Melen :)

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:37

Gorgeous bracelet. I actually have two of those from hush although god knows where they are!!! Its fantastic in the evening as its really sparkly. I have had lots of compliments. Its also long enough to wear as a choker. I never have though. Feel like a dog with a collar!!!

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 12:38

melen yes Sainsbury’s do have some nice things but you have to find the diamonds amongst the rough. I remember a couple of linen shirts in palest pink which have washed like a dream and still going strong after 6 years...

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:40

I like sainsburys TU range a lot but the nearest one is too far away for every day. Would need to make a special trip and unless something was so brilliant i probably would never bother. So lazy....

ilovecherries · 17/08/2018 12:45

The earrings are gorgeous, never, I was worried they’d be too heavy when I saw them as I’m sure (shock horror!!!) that my bloody earlobes have started their old person growth phase. Somewhat horrified by that as I’ve always had neat ears. It’s funny, seeing little bits of your face, you don’t look like my mental image of you (which was already good, but you look much more glam than my image)

ilovecherries · 17/08/2018 12:46

AND I have hair envy!

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 12:52

Totally agree cherries the little we can see of you never is lovely, and the hair!
Re bracelets as a comparison just took a pic of my black Swarovski ones (around £60 odd quid) and the Hush ones for £15 are a good dupe.
The Swarovski is finer leather and super sparkly at night though and the other multicoloured purple one I own suitable for day wear.
Anyway happy with them all!

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:54

I am not glam believe me!! And i always put my hair up because its either dirty and i cba washing it. It is quite long and bugs me!

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 13:01

but thank you for the lovely comments.
I love that bracelet Soyo Gorgeous. The hush ones are a pretty good dupe too.

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 13:08

I can see our skin tones being very similar too never which is good to know for colours future reference the key difference being you’re not wrinkly like me Wink don’t be modest we meant it!

enabledlurker · 17/08/2018 13:08

Thanks for the denim shirt info.

I don't know how to do a fancy link, sorry, but Next have a "grey star prmium knit "jumper which looks interesting.

dontcallmelen · 17/08/2018 13:56

Bracelets are fab, I love a bit of bling.

dontcallmelen · 17/08/2018 13:58

@enabled I saw that as well, looks pretty.

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 14:31

laska I think my comments on jeggings were out of order tbh and I’m sorry. Sometimes things come across badly in writing and I’m no one to tell people what to wear or not, and definitely no style guru...looking back on it it comes across so judgemental I feel bad about it. I was just thinking on me they didn’t work and I guess I rationalised it for that reason.
Like we always say on this thread: wear what you like and makes you feel good and it’s the reason I’ve stuck with it for so long.
Genuinely sorry Flowers

Laska5772 · 17/08/2018 15:25

soy No need to apologise, .. I really didn't read it like that at all !

We all like different things, I have liked jeggings and leggings rather than jeans because they are comfy and cheap and great for what I do ..that is messing about and lots of muddy gardening and walking -- And also because they are very forgiving on my fat tum .. When i'm slimmer ( like now ) , I feel better wearing jeans.

Really I didn't take it as at all judgemental . X

CocteauTwin · 17/08/2018 15:55

I noticed Marks and Spencer have leopard print leggings for £12.50 and they come in different leg lengths which is great for the more vertically challenged like me - sorry for the long link:

www.marksandspencer.com/cotton-rich-animal-print-leggings/p/p60199409?krypto=tBXlrWWFayol3%2FezYH4fhA91i9BZOTpkqlaBocTDKahQfBPK6edP3Cmdcf0bK%2F2kQM0bhO7zero5EK9VrgwXZvaRB%2Fg5qoK5dE0USYMo6ZfYO18LLzgqEMWE82gUTPW5&pdpredirect

I have ordered the leopard Ivy dress and black Rainbow tee, But I haven’t got them yet. I had also been stalking the site waiting for the Emilie bag to come back in stock, which finally happened yesterday morning. So I also ordered the black wide v-neck tip to get free postage. It’s good the 10% off is on for a couple more weeks as I may buy the green marl A line dress after I get paid again.

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 15:57

phew thanks laska I thought I nearly killed the thread with my opinion Grin
I just see in other threads so much judgement when it comes to S&B and I’m always a little Hmm about it...would have been mortified to be misunderstood!

Okay back to the Hush. I’m rather liking the new wide leg tailored trousers for work, I think they would pair up with the blazer I got on the sale really well. So if the twist dress for work I’ve ordered is a fail I will definitely try them next

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 16:04

Ooo thank you for that M&S link CTwin!
Great too you got the bag you were after, persistence really does pay off that’s how I ended up with the blazer that had been ooo for ages...and the leopard skirt...and the frayed black shorts I’m wearing today Smile

Laska5772 · 17/08/2018 17:29

Right I've filled two bags to go (one for charity shop and one for textile bank ) and this is only 2 chest of drawers (1 large 1 small) , the drawer at the base of my wardrobe and the hanging thing in my wardrobe with socks and scarves in .... loads of Ts, jumpers , vest tops, old leggings, tights (loads of them) bras and knicks gone ..

40+ pairs of socks anyone? Blush I cannot remember when I last threw out socks . so a lot hadn't been worn in years and had to go ..(but not one pair had holes in you see.. so id kept them ) . Anyway I am now down to about 20 'good' pairs.. (and 6 bras and about two dozen knicks ..

And I still haven't started on my wardrobe, and 2 other hanging cupboards (all quite full ) , and the jacket hooks in the hall . not to mention shoes and boots Blush..

Do you think i may have a clothes shopping/hoarding problem? Grin

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 17:32

You see, ebaying things always helps me with managing clothes. Sometimes I have ebayed so much I don't have many clothes left!!! I have emptied some of the large baskets in my wardrobe.

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 17:33

You wont believe that actually I have still got quite a lot of space. I do a cull at the end of every season and get rid of things i haven't really worn or in reality will not wear.

Laska5772 · 17/08/2018 17:34

....oh and there's a wicker picnic hamper on top of my wardrobe with winter Ts in .. Lots of those will definitely go to the textile bank as wont be worth sending to charity shop. They are mostly layering Ts for wearing under things to work . (H&M mostly who are good for that sort of thing..)

Jeans and Jeggings pile next !! Wink

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 17:34

As for my socks...well yes they do need sorted out.

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 17:35

,,and then of course i buy more things!!! and so it goes on!
