So..star tee..still debating.
Blue skinnies...still debating.

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:06

I dont have any blue skinnies so need them more.

Ellapaella · 17/08/2018 12:06

I'm going to have to get the leopard leggings as well now. @neveradullmoment99 and @Laska5772 please can you remind me what size you ordered and advise me - I'm always a 10 in trousers in every shop I shop in (top can swing between 10-12 but bottoms always a 10).
So now for me: leopard leggings, green wide neck jersey top, meg skirt in both prints and Ziggy jumper.
You all need to stop buying now please so there is plenty left for me next week! Grin

What am i like? The real thing is could i get an equally good pair for half price or less!!!

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:07

Size down to xs imo.

Laska5772 · 17/08/2018 12:07

soy Halo ? What Halo ? Have you seen what I have spent this week? Shock and there is more coming in the post

Never yes, the upper arms are neat on me also .It is nice.. but .... . I have it in box , and wont be going out today apart from picking DH up from ferry , so who knows after the cull ( which will take more than a few hours I reckon) I may change my mind

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:08

Im returning the medium ones as on first trying they were fine. On second i could see them bagging out. I may order them in the small.

Laska5772 · 17/08/2018 12:08

Yes, size down ella I kept the bigger ones but maybe I shouldnt have..

Laska5772 · 17/08/2018 12:09

oh , i do hope mine wont .. never . I cant send them back now. if they do bag though I will complain .

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 12:10

never if debating try go to Zara, Top Shop etc at weekend and try some cheaper skinnies before deciding? I only buy Hush denim at sale time and prefer my Zara skinnies over the cropped Hollies. Like the Hollies don’t get me wrong but wouldn’t have kept at full price

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:13

The thing is, with jeans soyo I find it hard to get ones that are big for my tum and neat on the leg. If i size up generally they are great on the waist and big on the leg!!!

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 12:13

laska yes BUT you Are Returning stuff too!👑

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:13

I think i may look around and then decide. Thanks Soyo

ilovecherries · 17/08/2018 12:16

I do know what you mean about necklines, Soy, I can only wear round necks from Hush because they are somehow lower or wider (not sure which). I often buy cashmere from the men’s range if I only want something plain. They tend to be cheaper as well, and give you slouch without being oversized. Although ‘D’H has snaffled the uniqlo merino jumpers I had as he’s freezing in the air con. As for Pure, the cardigans are great, I find, but sweaters not so much. Not made with boobs in mind. Even the v necks aren’t great and the round necks are hideous on me.

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 12:17

Same dilemma with waist v skinny legs here never honestly try the high street chains. Elastane is our friend, but not Jeggings (I hate the word, wear leggings OR skinny denim jeans not a hybrid that just looks very strange and yes I did buy a very cheap pair once, worn once and given to charity after)

ilovecherries · 17/08/2018 12:17

I’m going to Newcastle later for a bra fitting, so will do JL as well. Won’t buy there, but hoping I can get better idea on sizing to avoid endless returns.

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 12:19

Great tips cherries Thank You

dontcallmelen · 17/08/2018 12:19

Yy SoYo top shop, zara & also river island do some good jeans.
Also I know top shop demographic is probably not aimed at a lot of us on this thread, but they usually do, some great leopard/faux fur coats.
never really like the skirt & top on you.

ilovecherries · 17/08/2018 12:20

That’s my jeans dilemma as well. Everyone said the boyfriends were too big for me, but I can’t get a smaller pair fastened. Skinnies are even worse, at least with boyfriends you can delude yourself about the leg looseness, so long as you don’t get that funny crotch thing.

Laska5772 · 17/08/2018 12:21

soy I have several pairs of TU jeggings ( sorry about this )

I think they are great ,dont bag cost about £12 and last for ever .. Also much better than Next ones or even Gap ( havent tried Zara)

Laska5772 · 17/08/2018 12:22

Sainsburys really rocks for clothes sometimes!! (and other times can be Meh)..

SoyYo · 17/08/2018 12:28

Sorry laska I don’t like jeggings, but Sainsbury’s black leggings I agree are good.
I just think denim bottoms (any style) should look like jeans and the hybrid combo doesn’t do it for me...
melen I rate Zara (over H&M etc) a lot, live rurally and don’t often have time to spend wondering around shops, less so now I can’t even drive myself to them. But every time I’m in Spain or a city centre I go for a browse and invariably find something I love

dontcallmelen · 17/08/2018 12:30

Sainsbury’s always worth a mooch, lots of people rate the jeans as well I got a black leather biker jacket, last year for 75.00 it’s more comfortable than my reiss one, which coat shedloads more.

neveradullmoment99 · 17/08/2018 12:32

Wooden earrings i forgot about and love. Not heavy.
