I never went anywhere last year. The weather was so miserable too. Its been lovely lately. Who needs to go anywhere? Get your summer clothes on at home and a few days away and you will be fine :)

I have been cyber stalking the hush threads for so long its quite frankly embarrassing, so have decided to join in. I don't normally join forums, but I do like Hush clothing and you seem like a friendly bunch!

Welcome Carrie :) We are a friendly bunch!!! Hush do reduce on certain items and you can get some good bargains. Not everything will so If you really like something, chances it will sell out before It gets reduced again in my experience.

thanks never. I have a habit of buying lots but sending it all back as I can't justify the prices. I enjoy the shopping part though. I pop into local John Lewis and lust over the Hush clothing when I can ( I can't seem to do emojis on my laptop so everything I say will sound serious!).

I did buy the star jeans and they are really lovely. I love looking at photos of you all trying on the clothes. Its great to see the clothes being worn on real women.

Ilove I have had a similar thing happen with another store. My usual courier leaves everything in the bin (as requested as I am often not home). When I followed up on an outstanding order, it turned out they had brought it back to their depot as my usual courier was on holidays and the new one didn't know about leaving it in the garden bin!

Sorry those not going on holiday this summer.. hope im not being too smug abput being here right now.But it is great to be able to actually get lots of wear out of my summer things.. ( and Uk weather is so fab right now I hope you all are too).
I really think so far my favourite s have been the two Bay dresses I certainly wont wear those at home much or to work at all as would feel too exposed i think..
I also send back far more than I keep ! Out of the lots of parcels waithing for me ( inc yellow skirt and top which doesnt seem to have worked for anyone) I expect at least half will be returned.

ive lived in my Saltwaters this hol and the gold ones are fab.. they even went in the sea the other day and really are just the same. The necklace I was wearing yesterday was very admired. It was Accessorize bought on way out . Ill look for a lunk .Goes well with GW dress I think

A bit of an indulgence but I figure I can wear it under stuff too like the Marissa top (which is a bit sheer).

I was planning to wear my Portobello dress today as we are off the see The Cure in Hyde Park, but realistically I think I'll boil as it's going to be another scorcher and we're planning to hit the local pub first for the footie.

So shorts and a vest I think is more sensible.

Yes yellow skirt was disappointing purely down to be vertically challenged but it is a lovely skirt so if it’s not too long on you you’ll like it.

Dave So envious of The Cure.

I wore my black portobello dress to an outdoor concert this week with a denim jacket. I felt great, though stupidly wore sandals with it and when streaming out was terrified someone would stand on my feet! and when people finished there drinks and dropped plastic glasses on the ground they got splashed. Don’t know what I was thinking!

Enjoy The Cure. I was a big fan back in the day and still am!

I have had my eye on the B/W striped Piper dress for a while now and kept on missing out on the M in returns. I saw one in stock just now so decided to go for it. I have also treated myself to a new double star necklace as the one I have has started to tarnish - I wore it almost every day for a year so I got my money's worth out of it!

I bought that dress this morning as well, Miffy, have also been stalking for an M!

I am also a bit Phew as I washed my floral crops, my monacos and my Cos striped dress yesterday, all for the first time, and have just done the ironing. Nothing has shrunk/twisted/faded/bobbled, I was convinced after the sad demise of my wide leg contrast trim trousers that everything might be unwearable after one wash. As a celebratation, I also ordered the green floral ones as they appeared in a 10 and they will be perfect for holiday cover up trousers.

The double star is lovely, Miffy, isn’t it. Like you, I wear mine almost constantly. It goes with everything.

Great minds, cherries! I was kind of afraid to mention here that I was stalking for a Piper; I did this before asking about a particular belt and next thing it was OOS, never to be seen on site again - I reckon lots of silent lurkers pick up on what we discuss and then go and buy it all!

Anyway I hope I like it - I too am big of knocker (!) and I know I tried one of those styles last year and it did not suit. My shoulders and upper arms are a bit more toned now so I am hoping for the best.

To those who wear camisoles, what do you wear underneath? I tend to wear comfy bralettes these days, but I think the back of the matalan cami would be too low? A friend of mine who wears camisoles always wears a bright contrasting bra underneath but I’m not that brave
