I very much doubt that RM would put an item in the bin. They can lose their job over it. I know this as I speak to the lady that delivers for us and they have to hand it over to the person in the house. They cant even see you outside in the street and hand it over to you. They are incredibly strict. I would take that right out of my mind.

Other couriers like Hermes do it but never RM. RM never even leave things with my neighbour. Its always back to the sorting office.

If anyone is after a nice cami style top and doesn’t want to spend a fortune I got this one in Matalan today for £6. It’s exactly the same cut, fit and material as one I got in Oasis last year for 3 times the price.

Cherries RM will be insured so hush should be refunding you without argument imo especially as there is no signature in tracking! How annoying!

@Ellapaella thanks for the tip, can get some surprisingly good stuff in matalan, I got a fab cotton sort of boho style cotton jacket a few ago tis lovely.

Not a place I usually go but popped in and actually they have done great summer stuff in. They have these Cami tops with tile print and geo pattern similar to the hush Grecian tops too.

I go in there quite a lot. They have some nice things sometimes. In my Matalan all they have atm are these cold shoulder tops. I really dislike them tbh. I had a good look for cami tops but everytime I picked up one it was cold shoulderI got a nice one out of Asda though. Again, they had very little in a 12 because their clothes are selling out due to the heat!!! I did pick up a nice one with lacey straps and then when I brought it home, the strap was sewn twisted. It was the last one so very annoying! I could fix it, but really just cant be bothered!!!

I do think that Hush things are really overpriced when you go into shops like Matalan. In Asda, they had similar. I tried on a pair of shorts very similar to the ones that I have got from hush[ not as nice print though] but although on the hanger said a 12, they were huge! You can get some nice things very similar to Hush from loads of places for a fraction of the price but sometimes even when I do I end up buying both things because its not the print/not the fit I really want.

The vest is really lovely on you and suits you very much Ella :)

The thing with Hush is (imo) that often I see something and like everything about it and it fits perfectly so I don't mind paying the extra for it. Without a doubt there will always be several things on the Hush website that I like, I can guarantee I'll find something that suits me. There's really too much choice in a lot of other shops these days and it becomes a bit of a chore to hunt around for things.
But I do love a bargain and I know this cami would have cost 5 times or upwards in a lot of places.

Definitely a bargain and you are right about there being too much choice. The shorts I tried on were gorgeous in Asda. They were reduced to £5 and wouldn't have bothered with the Hush ones. Here is a picture of them. They were a lovely fit had they been smaller and much much nicer in real life.

They have a black print in the same style but they are just not as nice.

Thanks to each I’ve emailed Hush to complain about the shrinkage in length on my printed trousers, it’s my first complaint ever so I hope they refund me or send me a replacement (though with the sale stocks are running low and I’m not ordering another pair without a refund!)

I placed my very last Sale order today: Monaco shorts in wine, L/S t shirt in Guava (love the blue so much) and Lacy jumper as recommended by laska which will be useful for my work trip to winter climates next week.

We’re now off to the beach for the weekend, a much needed break with DH after all the trauma with our old moggy and before my next busy round of work travel starts.
Planning on wearing my black jersey v neck dress (not on sale) this eve for drinks with friends on the North Norfolk coast, and will take some of my new Hush t shirts to give them their first outing too.

Oh yes I returned the Heidi skirt in a 12 today (somebody was mentioning it upthread) as it was too bulky for me and even though I loved the style and fabric It wasn’t for me... just mentioning as it’s ooo but a 12 should appear sometime next week. I could easily have sized down to a 10 though, but I don’t think it would have looked any better on me 😢

I do return a lot! I’m very fussy...🤔 3 parcels went back today, I end up keeping less than 50% of what I order
