melen I think the sizing is pretty generous.

I ordered the size 6 as it was the only size left, and it's plenty big enough!

It is very comfy to wear I must say.

I'm in bed, surveying my room which has clothes hanging in front of & round sides of two double wardrobes as I can't fit them in. Another wardrobe in the attic is full too. Time for a major cull of anything I do not love.

@Dave thanks think I will hold off for a while, will wait & see if I keep all of the order am waiting on, spent quite a bit on the JL sale & shedloads on dgd, despite me trying to be less of spendthrift.
Every time I try & rein in the spending, I seem to spend even more it’s like I have a financial sabotage switch in my brain.

I have no choice but to be sloven these days. Im keeping all my Hush stuff “for best” its something from my childhood that ive never really been able to shake off.

I have my first social gathering since the op on Thursday for tea is a posh gastro pub, i think i will wear those flowery trousers with a slub H&M black tshirt that hasnt been worn yet. Im semding back the star jumper in green its too much of a pale green for my colouring.

So most of my sale stuff is going back. Regret not buying those flowery printed trousers but they now seem to have sold out on both the Hush and JL site.
I had the most surprising purchase the other day- something from M&S! Was walking through ladieswear at a fast pace to get to the food hall () when I stopped in my tracks by a gorgeous pair of ice cream pink trousers. They only had 3 pairs left- a size 6, a 20 and a 12 short. They had an elasticated waistband at the back so I took a risk and bought the 12 short without trying them on.
They are amazing. I love them! They've got a slight pinstripe to them and fit me perfectly. Will try to link to them. Can't wear them this week as it's so hot here in Gloucestershire but once it gets back down to low 20's I'll have them on!
dont I feel your pain. My spending has gone crazy since I discovered Hush, and the more I try to reign it in the worse I get!!!
So I'm hesitating on returning my Hush sale items as I'm wondering if the Bristol Devore top will go with my new ice cream trousers. Hopefully will get a chance to try them on together later and if so I'll take a photo!
Haven't got a free returns label either, so feeling a bit grumpy about that too!

Im definitely in the Wear It camp .I discovered recently that some of the women at work are a bit envious( in a nice way) at my wardrobe and style and thats pretty flattering as im now the oldest in the office ( i do tell them that and remind them that ill be gone first (!!) and that when I had small kids like them i didnt have any spare cash either) ..
So its definitely thunderytoday here but still warm . It looks like the ' big one ' predicted is on.. Tropical storm! They are always pretty spectacular here as we are surrounded by mountains. A day for hunkering down with tea and books.. ( and NOT spending any more !!!)
So as Hush-related amusement ill go and see if there are any PR shots for AW18

Im currently slobbing in dark blue silk pj bottoms (so comfy,so light) an orange boden vest top.and yellow hush slub T over this may be my outfit for they day if we not going out

I’m at the station waiting for train to London. Because of this weird rashy thing on my arms (which is now also on my lower legs) I’m not very stylish and hoping I won’t be far too hot. Navy linen cigarette trousers and a lemon linen shirt with long cuffless sleeves from uniqlo. I’m being brave and going hairless today as well because I just can’t face wearing hair in this heat. So wish me luck!

I'm in my exercise gear as off to Pilates after school run.

Can I join in? Have had to delete the Hush sale email because I keep dipping in and being tempted. I did buy the Tori gingham dress in the JL sale at the weekend though. I'd had my eye on it for ages, and was really pleased that they had it. It looks lovely on, and feels really cool and airy. A bit strappy for work, but I can pop a plain white t-shirt underneath and it will be fine.

Still waiting to wear the Panel maxi dress (in tangerine) that my boss bought me as a treat when she did her order. Debating whether to save it for Greece in August but if this warmth carries on it will be fine for the weekends (it's definitely not suitable for work).

I'm leaning towards the old adage now 'buy one thing that you will love and wear lots' rather than cramming my wardrobe with loads of stuff just because it was cheap/in the sale etc.

As it's so hot in London today, I'm wearing a sleeveless Toast cotton poplin tiered dress and sandals. Cool and comfy, but smart at the same time.

@MinesaPinot welcome! Your boss sounds fantastic! I need a boss who will treat me to Hush!

Hello! Just wanted to add to this thread how happy I am with my frayed star jeans that arrived yesterday. I was worried they might be a bit too big, they are a little around the waist, but I'm keeping them because I love them and they are so comfortable.

As I don't really want to wear a belt with them do you think I can get them taken in an inch or so around the waist? Or would they look best loose?

Well I managed to get the geo print grecian top this morning. Was looking out for any of the grecian tops that i haven't got and must have got a return. Also ordered the brush stroke Grecian top . A little looser but I don't mind that. Wearing the radiance one today. I absolutely love it. Got it on with my long denim hush shorts and my silver chunky hush sandals.

I ordered that dress @Mines. Returning it. From the front it looks great but feel there is too much material on the back for my liking. Also don't really know when I would wear it. As you say, its too strappy for work and I really don't have the lifestyle for pims with friends! [ as mentioned on the reviews]

Hi neveradullmoment99 I know what you mean. I did have to think about it, hence not getting it when I originally saw it. Once I saw it in the sale it was a no brainer for me. I'll wear it for work with a t-shirt as I mentioned, but I'll throw it on at the weekend just to go to Sainsburys! And it's a good holiday dress as well.

@mines. I suppose part of it for me is that I have ordered quite a few dresses so need to also decide between them. Its an absolute bargain though for £35.

It is very elegant. My dd thinks it looks like a school summer dress [her gingham dress is exactly that colour!] but then that is the mind of a 7 year old!

She thought it looked beautiful on me. She told me to keep it!!!! :)

Im being very glamorous in Morrissons cafe!! It is boiling in London aldready. Ive got a tea dress on from Jigsaw ten years ago when i quite liked jigsaw. My tan Flipflops and mo make up. The cleaner came early and inhad to rush out or else she huffs and puffs at me.

The shellac on my hands has already started voming off i feel abit cheated of £25 really as it was only gour days ago
