Sotd next eau nude I think

SOTD is Tobacco Rose. Really enjoy this as a spicy rose but get absolutely no tobacco, which is a darned shame.

Morning all. Another name change - think I'm going to stick to names with '3' in them from now on to avoid confusion).

SOTD is Annick Goutal Quel Amour. I rarely wear this, but I do love it. The sour-sweet freshness of the flowers in this one is beautiful. Very strong, though. Two sprays is enough to get you through the entire day.

I've managed to ebay about a third of my perfume in the last few weeks, so am thinking I deserve one FB of something lovely. I'm swaying towards Serge Lutens Fille de Berlin, as I am bereft since and JP Joy for a very long time. And the sensible bit of my brain (tiny bit!) is thinking I should get something that'll see me through the colder months.

Any other recommendations for a floral that works in cold weather?

OH god...and should have said I have been promising myself FBs of JP Joy and/or Fracas for a long time. Don't know what happened there!

SOTD Narciso Rodriguez Narciso EdT. At the moment it's rose, wood and tyre rubber. In a good way.

Im a bit late to the party but if anyone else happens to be visiting Dublin we have a fabulous niche perfume shop here called Perfumarjia (sp) in the Westbury mall off grafton st. It really is a treasure and worth a nose! Ive only bought Molecule One and POAL here but they have so many niche fragrances..

I am sorting out papers today and am wearing Liz Earle n1. Trying to decide which of LE1, Jade or Eau du Sud to bring to the UK as my crisp citrus. LE1 is in a smaller bottle...but I have a sentimental attachment to Jade + UK as I was there 3 years ago when I first discovered it.

Sexiest scent becomes very subtle on me very quickly but I do enjoy it. I’ve never tried the extrait.
I tried Dior addict today at the local department store: my first go with Dior and I’m hooked. Comforting, vanillary goodness. Can’t believe It’s taken me so long to try Dior! This could prove expensive

I occasionally have to be forcibly removed from Dior. Eau Sauvage, Gris Montaigne, Granville, Diorella... perfection. I had a little of the much-missed Midnight Poison, for a while.

I've fallen for Narciso. The rose has softened and it's gone a little musky, although it's a polite sort of musk. I'm sure there's a little vetiver, or at least something rooty or green, in there. It's lasted very well for an EdT.

Hope everyone's days have been better and bit crappy here too, unfortunately the hospital have summoned me back, hopefully just via out patients and not as a guest but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't slightly worried, plus very stressful exams seem to be going forever in this house. I clocked NR Rouge! So scarlet, I love it. The last red-themed one I had was Giorgio Beverly Hills Red, which, on me, came across a bit Tom-Selleck-impersonator-regional-finalist. Did not love.

Clearly NR Rouge is a totally different beast and I need to try it now. Along with Poudree. Honestly, I haven't been so impressed with a new fragrance since, ooh, Saturday (Cartier La Panthere, also tres marv ).

SoTD has been (fanfare)... vinegar. I can now see out of all the windows.

SockJr finishes on Friday morning (C4 maths and the paper is likely to be a complete b*gger) but he plans to be in the local Wetherspoons by 11.15.

I like Narciso Rodriguez too. My favourite is Poudre and I would really like a FB. I was also impressed by the new rouge. Don’t care for fleur musc mind. I absolutely love their bottles.

Sote is Miller Harris Noix de Tubereuse. Warming Vanilla and Tuberose. A good fragrance for snuggling up on the sofa with mn and a book

SOTD is L’Air de Rien. It’s like October here today.
