Gah!!!!!! Posting quickly as have to go out but my order has just arrived. I've ordered the wrong jeans. Thought I was getting the ones with stars on them rather than the ones with the stars down the seam! Grrr!!
Haven't had a chance to look at anything else but wanted to see the jeans as I was excited about them!

Im quite disappointed with my sale haul.

I love the star jeans and thanks for the recommendation. I wont be wearing them for awhile and hopefully the swelling will be down by then.

The green/silver star jumper fits but the colour is quite insipid on me. I really have ro think about it.

The bubblegum raglan is screaming for a tan! Its a good fit but i can see it ending up as a pj top.

The denim skirt never showed and it has a line through it on the order. Does that mean its not coming? Will they refund?

What’s the sizing like in the Jamie, Gin? Love your styling of it.

Can I ask how high a waist the star jeans have? I'm desperately in need of some decent jeans but I like them to fit above the hip - I hate low waists. Thanks!

It's big cherries can't remember if I got an 8 or 10, I'll check, but if they had it in stock I'd have ordered next size down to compare. I wasn't sure about it at first but looks nice with some gold jewellery.

The jeans are just above my belly button i wouldnt say they are lowrise

It was an 8, in the haze print. I'm 5ft 4 about 9st 4 to 9st 7 depending on how much gin and chocolate I've had.

@PatchworkGirl they sit around the belly button, I'd say mid rise.

Fudge i have the star frayed jeans (the ones you wanted) but have also ordered a pair of the ones you have been sent with the stars on the seams. Are they nice? Would you pair a pic?

Hush (first) sale parcel has arrived!
Keeping: star jeans in 12, this time I’ll agree with verdict as I suit slimmer/skinny jeans (slim hips, non existent arse) but in this style I’m in love, not as roomy as boyfriend jeans and super comfortable I could size down to a 10 which may make them a better hip/bottom fit but I think my fat tummy would give me a big muffin top. So keeping and thanks ella for the recommendation (have a lovely spa afternoon)
I’m nursing out very elderly old cat, it’s been a stressful week, and I have a houseful of DS’s and friends, my long mirror is in conservatory so no pics for now, sorry! If I can will post later.

Other keepers: v neck t in Hibiscus (love and have other colours so knew I would keep), reversible Stella jumper: now this is really good quality, got a M and perfect fit 👍, 2 looks for the price of one and amazingly for a round neck it weirdly minimises boobage (I got the red/grey version) good value for £ in the sale. Frances trousers in 10 navy for work, much better fit on me than the black pair I already own.

Returning: Stella summer star jumper in a lovely washed turquoise, I thought this would be the keeper instead of the reversible but no 👎 aside the lovely colour it’s too thin for my liking, I think it would snag easily and as it’s so thin it emphasises everything. Shame as the colour is great but I don’t love it enough to keep.
Also returning camo print joggers. Nothing wrong with them. If you wear a lot of jogging bottoms I’d say buy, but I think they’re rather ordinary and don’t love them enough to keep even at sale price I think a bit overpriced.

ella in my very humble opinion they are hideous. They remind me of 1990's jeans from Primark. They are pale and stiff and have a 90's cut about them. Have parcelled them back up already!
Haven't had a chance to check out the rest of the stuff yet as in laws now visiting!!

Im glad im not the only one returning the star jumper. Ill have to swap it for something abit thicker.

each nice sandals and pedicured feet, if you bought the summer Stella jumper too I totally agree it’s disappointing despite the lovely turquoise shade...I’m also super happy as my Clark’s Wave flipflops broke after YEARS of hard wear and managed to find a replacement pair at the Clarks Outlet online shop (and reduced by £25 on their original price!) I own fitflops, havaianas, and other lovely leather pairs but Clark’s Wave on my wide flat feet are the only ones I can walk in hours in hot weather with no pain, they have a moulded foot bed, I highly recommend!

finger I thought the star jeans were really soft denim! And the pale denim is great for summer, to me they make a nice change from my slim or skinny dark blue denim pairs, just a relaxed vibe and I’ve tried Hush boyfriend jeans too which on me remind too much of old jeans styles and not at all flattering on me.

Just goes to show that we all rate things differently and agree if you’re after a slim fit you’ll be very sorely disappointed...I also think the price point pre-sale was way too high. It was only the big sale reduction that tempted me to give them a go, but glad I did and keeping mine.

Not Hush but I was in HoF to get my brows done and scored an oasis boyfriend blazer for £14 then another 20% off at the till. :).

Oh can you link it? I really need two jackets. I was waiting for the Boden sale tomorrow.

My arches are terrible. I blame nursing for that!

Amie joggers in black/white stripe - not sure about these
Blue linen jumper - looks thin and thought I'd love the colour...I don't.
Striped linen v neck - unsure, very thin not sure it's worth even sale price
Black Grecian top - seems thinner than my others
Star jeans - awful and waaay too tight on me
Star shirt-don't like

All in all very disappointing

Hi edge it was a lucky find, I was considering the Hush one but thought it overpriced so found it in New Look a shop I normally avoid (but now I know better). Lovely soft denim and fitted, I’d say it’s true to size:

soYo that is funny as I felt like someone had starched them! They came out of their wrapping really stiff! So they didn't crease properly when I tried them on. And I bought a 14 and I have short legs so they weren't very flattering

The other ones I own (and really liked enough to keep with only 10% discount) are the ones with embroidery (subtle) on the side and frayed bottoms, they’re cropped and slimmer fit than the star ones so very flattering on, I don’t think they’re on the sale (yet) but worth a try if they reduce later in the season

Post had been while I was out with second Iris dress. It’s certainly a bit bigger than the pink, but still pulling a bit across the bust. Annoyed I didn’t order a 14 at the time, but given I was 12 in this years version (and the 10 was almost big enough) I assumed 12 would be ok. Oh well, no 14s left now anyway.

Shame cherries the sizing is so annoying! So inconsistent!
