Boden, white stuff and Toast all used to do well but I don't think white stuff things go as well now. Not sure about Boden.

Thanks, Jacket not lined. It is lightweight but thick enough for a cool summer day.

Lemon, can't see much of the dress under the jacket but what I can see looks really nice. Love the jacket on you, are you going to keep them?

Redtulip12 mine is the xs. It is very comfy. I am normally an 8.

Thanks @sweatylemon. I am an 8/10 - have an xs in the Venice dress but needed a 10 in the frayed edge denim skirt. Fingers crossed

It's not arrived yet never, although I did get a notification through earlier that it was on its way.

I'm really hoping it suits me as I do love the look of it!

Hello all. I am mainly a lurker on the Hush threads but did post on the last one under a different name.
Has anyone any experience of returning worn items?

I bought the cropped midnight trousers and was very disappointed with them. They were really creased when they arrived. Ironed before wearing but looked dreadful after 10 minutes. The material was really cheap looking. I have returned them after speaking to customer services, but I think they thought I was complaining about a fault rather than poor quality.

They said they would test them and get back to me?

I have emailed them repeatedly and they answered one question and have since ignored my other questions and emails. It was regarding a refund, nothing particularly tricky. Appalling customer service.

I am absolutely convinced they post on these threads themselves. As soon as things get negative, a poster appears absolutey raving excitedly about some of the clothes and shuts down any negativity fast.

missfliss I’m sure they’ll be plenty returned if the quality of the one I received is anything to go by.
