Can we have a “nice stuff at M&S” thread”?

It’s 20% off code this weekend so I’m off to get shoes and socks for DS, a couple of bras for me (they fit me well as long as I fend off any helpful attempts by their fitters to resize me into a 34AA) and some camisoles/vests to layer under stuff.

And possibly some crazy suede stilettos for work as well (they never leave the carpet and only have to walk for twenty yards at a time so I can go mad with height)

I agree with thedevilinablackdress about menswear knitted stuff. The problem I have with the women's knitwear is that the sleeves are often too short, and the pieces are just too fussy. I have a lilac cotton crew neck jumper from the menswear department that I can wash and tumble dry, and even allow for a little shrinkage.

I really like that dress RockinRobinTweets. It's ideal for work.

Those shoes are really pretty Tinycitrus. However, they don't look comfortable to me. I doubt that I would be able to walk in anything that high.

Double breasted blazers look awful on me. Having no boobs they drown me and make me look even more flat chested.

Now that M and S seem to have got their act together with their Sparks card I may consider getting one.

I went into the store today and used one of the coupons, he said they have extended them to Thursday due to the weather! Not sure if this is across the board or just in my local one (Hedge End, Southampton).
