Number 81! The days are getting longer, and we're looking forward to shedding a few layers for Spring, while remaining stylish of course. If you love talking fashion and new buys, come on in, all welcome! Gin Wine Brew

I have (probably) the same TS jeans as Amber and I really miss them!

OP posts:
shopafrolic · 17/04/2018 12:05

Can either of you link the TS ones please?
I can make the MU Mara
Sun is peaking through here. Bring it on :)

OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 17/04/2018 14:35

oooh, i CAN make the MU this time! yay!! Smile

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 17/04/2018 15:36

Shop they do loads more straight leg styles now than when I got mine a couple of years ago, but I think it's these! They also have a tall version which are reduced here but nearly sold out (but there are other colours).

I'm almost certainly a no for the MU :( but you never know.

Today's SPD related deliveries: full length U shaped pillow and massage balls Hmm Grin

maradesbois · 17/04/2018 17:26

Blair Flowers so sorry you’re suffering, hope the new deliveries combined with physio help. Are you doing pregnancy yoga? Not sure whether it would help but I found it kept me flexible as well as being nice and relaxing (no spd though, may not be suitable).

So for MU so far we have:
Confirmed
Mara
QueenC

One

Maybe
Blair - you never know! x

Lovely day today, finally have my ankles out and inspired to post ootd now that it’s not skinnies and boots. Wearing pale blue C/E fling jeans which nearly gave away last year as they were falling down but now fit normally which is not good Sad with cream equipment shirt and last year’s common projects trainers. Have seen lots of paper bag style trousers out and about, have 2 Sandro pairs I bought last summer in black and tan but need to lose some more lbs for them to look good again.

The cream Chloé flats arrived from Matches, love them.

Writing from V&A café after thwarted mission to track down a book I need. So inspired by the decor, love a bit of Arts & Crafts.

Dreamqueen · 17/04/2018 18:15

Hope the pillow helps Blair

I can't do MU, its the day that I travel home from Italy Sad

shopafrolic · 17/04/2018 19:42

Thanks for the links Blair
I hope the pain improves - so frustrating. It’ll all be worth it in the end.

QueenCornflower · 17/04/2018 21:18

SO excited about the mu!
mara thanks for the dress links, weirdly I’d earlier come across the rouje brand and they have lovely stuff. I have to be careful not to wear anything too girly or patterned as otherwise I look wrong. A girly/patterned top is fine but often not a whole dress. Love the warehouse one but tried on the shorter version and the waist was in the wrong place (a common problem for me and dress buying!)

blair dh is going to lovebsleeping with you tonight with the big pillow Grin.

DryWhiteagainW · 18/04/2018 07:42

This is me today. I’ve been waiting ages to do this simple look. Using my red longchamp bag.
Have a good day all, sun at last!

FedupNagging · 18/04/2018 08:39

I won't be able to make the meet up - on holiday; am very disappointed as not seen any of you for ages.

Dry nice outfit today; I've been lurking on the french thread (waves to any of them lurking on here) and love that they post loads of pictures on the actual thread.

I'm going to look for my ootd in a minute and see if I can work out how to post it.

Queen I totally agree with the styling conundrum - I've been feeling like I've lost my way for about the last year so only bought items I've really liked. Even then I've gone off a couple of things! Once I hit 50, everything seemed to suddenly sag overnight Grin Sad

FedupNagging · 18/04/2018 08:43

Hope my picture posts

Ootd: Next frayed crops, whistles navy flared sleeved top, and black scallop block heels (chloe lookalikes from JL), grey tweed blazer (joules) and fossil navy bucket bag

QueenCornflower · 18/04/2018 09:38

I’ve put too many clothes on-I’m too hot!!!
dry and fedup your outfits sound lovely.
blair meant to say if you do yoga make sure the teacher knows how to deal with spd and will give you alternative positions.

MarshaBradyo · 18/04/2018 16:12

Hello! I have much to say and catch up on but need to post so you’re on my TiO

MarshaBradyo · 18/04/2018 19:49

Quickly jumping in to ask your opinions on a dress for me. Fashion / style is working against me this season - big maxi - but could any of these work?

Figue

MarshaBradyo · 18/04/2018 19:51

Etro

MarshaBradyo · 18/04/2018 19:55

Altuzarra

I also need a school run day dress, might oook in the sale part

MarshaBradyo · 18/04/2018 19:57

Brilliant an MU is in the wings, I need to think about bfding / expressing (ugh) or whether solids will be helpful by them but I would love to come so I’m a maybe

FedupNagging · 18/04/2018 20:14

Marsha I like the first 2 but not the Altuzarra (altho love the button detail at the back). I can definitely see you in the Etro. Any news on the op for dd?

Blair hope the pillow and balls help a bit. I expect you're starting to wear more maternity clothes now.

It's so lovely to see the sun and feel the warmth; maybe time to dig out the summer clothes...

DryWhiteagainW · 18/04/2018 20:28

Marsha I also prefer the first 2 for you. I think you could pull off a more boho vibe.
Fedup I love your outfit today.
I’ve been popping on and looking at the Parisian thread. My Otto was inspired by it and I’ve been wearing more red lippy during the day.....both have received positive comments.
I wore my new Jack Wills raw edged skinny jeans tonight with a chambray shirt and trainers. Felt good.

This sunny weather is just what we all needed. Feels good to be getting my lighter clothes out just as I was sick of winter clothes.

QueenCornflower · 18/04/2018 20:35

marshha I’m hoping that they’re for an occasion . I’m the opposite to dry and am not sure about the first one and the boho vibe. Absolutely love the second one for you. Not personally keen on the third one but reserve judgement until I see it on you. Think it’s one of those things you need to try.

MarshaBradyo · 18/04/2018 21:37

Yes for a wedding party in Italy primarily but for other stuff as it happens. But dd has to be ok for me to go

Fedup yes a bit of movement today tg! Got a black cab to a different consultant just for reassurance and he did say something different on timings (now basically rather than wait) so I have to make a decision on who to go with. Also on the back of this chased up the MRI which is now this week - eep! So nervous but keeping a lid on it

Thanks for dress feedback Flowers, I only want to order one so will weigh it all up

QueenCornflower · 18/04/2018 21:43

I’m not sure if I’m a bit of a fuddy duddy but I’m not impressed with what meghan markle wore today. Personally I’m not sure that bare shoulders are appropriate for such a visit as I also wouldn’t wear something like that to the office.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 19/04/2018 09:55

Marsha I also think dress 2, it's gorgeous. I don't get dress 3 at all Blush hope it goes well this week, and that you get to go to the wedding to wear the dress :)

Mara and QueenC I really wanted to start yoga (after 14 weeks) when I first found out I was pregnant but that's when the SPD kicked in. Now I'm reluctant as I haven't done it before and I think I would need a one to one class to be sure I was doing it right - but obviously now I'm paying for physio instead. So I think I'll leave it. The physio exercises are helping though I think.

In the office and it's already so hot. Wearing Seraphine navy tank dress with a coral Splendid t-shirt over and knotted above bump (boobs have grown loads, and these dresses can feel a bit indecent lol. I'm really struggling bra wise and have so far spent £200 in the quest for 1 decent wireless bra!!)

Dry and Fedup I loved your outfit posts, I agree we need more pics on here!

OP posts:
BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 19/04/2018 10:27

I love MM's dress, but I do also feel a bit weird about bare shoulders in the office. No one else at my work would care though!

Everyonelovessparkles · 19/04/2018 10:43

Thanks for arranging a MU date mara, I can make the 30th June! Yay! Loved the Chloé flats. Hope you enjoyed your coffee.

marsha I think the Etro dress is a bit more dressy than the figure one for a wedding, but you could maybe dress it up, as I think you might be able to get more wear out of it in the long run. (Unless you would wear the etro one on subsequent holidays?) Good news on DD, glad to hear that things are close to moving forward.

Hope the pillow helped blair. I did a couple of sessions of pregnancy yoga and it was very very easy. In fact there was just a lot of lying on the floor relaxing and ‘thinking about your baby’.

I agree queenc, I’m not keen on that MM dress either.

Great outfits dry and Fedup.

Another lovely day here! Making the most of it whilst I can!

justa did you decide which bag in the end?
