What brand is the glitter polish (I don't wear nail varnish but I'm darned nosey!)

Leighton Denny.

Was curious and looked it up. It's £12.00.

I bought some Leighton Denny in an M&S sale last year - in more adult colours though. I thought they were decent but not brilliant quality.

I can’t remember how Leighton Denny started, wasn’t he on a reality show. Like the salon? I think it’s quite cheap stuff TBH.

Mine is called 'star dust', not twinkle twinkle, and I can't find it on the m&s or Leighton Denny sites. Maybe we have different ones?

Feels like sandpaper though. If I rub my nails over my chin it's like exfoliating

I don’t know what mine is called. It looked the same. The sandpaper effect wore off the. It went white and lifted.

I can only find mine on eBay!

I wonder if some of us have old ones or something, and they're the ones that go white and lift.

Mine also went white within about an hour and had lifted by lunchtime. Shame as the gold colour not really for me either.
Will wait and see what tomorrow brings. ..

Mine's gone whitish too. I did only slap it on very quickly this morning with no base or top coat though.

I do think it's an odd choice for this calendar. The rest of the products seem very firmly aimed at the older woman, and this just isn't!

I wonder if m&s read these threads.

Mine is stardust and it’s stayed on all day which is unusual for me. No chipping or lifting or changing colour.

Strange. I've taken mine off now as it wasn't looking good. I can't even use it on my daughter now, I thought clear with a bit of glitter would be ideal for her.

I’m going to regift the nail varnishes, they look alright I just can’t ever be assed with nails (we’re an outdoorsy/dog family!)

I’ve been using the body lotion on one leg and not on the other to test it! And the leg that I haven’t used it on is dryer and has more of those thigh spot things I hate. The leg that’s had it is looking much better! I’ve been looking for something to fix those spots for ages. Has anyone else found this?

Windy I would be really surprised if they didn't. I would think mumsnet is very much their target audience and there's a lot of free feedback here.

what day was the gold nail polish??

I'm going to go against the grain and say I like the nail varnish. It has a density of glitter that is rare. Once it has dried properly (hours and hours) it has a texture similar to Nails Inc concrete finish. Over mid grey it gives a crazy opal colour.

I like today's but I think it's more of a summer colour for me. Is it a lip gloss or lipstick?
To the poster who got this the other day (Pixie lipgloss) what did you get today?

I've been following these threads with interest. Mainly to find out how to apply half the products! I love pretty much everything so far. Although I'm saving the ameliorite body lotion for nearer summer, my legs are well and truly hidden at this time of year, so don't want to waste it. I love the nail varnish. Although DH asked how old I was, and when I looked puzzled, asked if I was 5 I've got two work Christmas events today, so I've added an almost nude colour on top of the glitter, just so I don't dazzle everyone completely. It did go a little white overnight too, so I've hidden that.

Love the lipgloss today! It smells gorgeous and is all tingly

Only thing is, my face feels all glowy, but I have no idea which is the good stuff that I should think about buying again!

The lip gloss looks very nice today. I can wear that colour. I'm not sure I'll wear it though, now I've discovered the stila lipstick from earlier in the month!

I'd really like some eye make up or hand cream now!

Love the lipgloss - my lips are definitely more plump! Will look nice over lipsticks too so I'm v happy with today's.

I do wish they had a mini leaflet in each box explaining what each product is, how to use it and the full size RRP
