H ha. My 3yo dd was found covered in 'glitter' at about 10 this evening. I have no idea what she found but boxes all over the floor!!!

I fear one of the products has broken me out in Whiteheads and spots but I’ve been using them all so no idea which is the culprit. Suddenly feel 15 again ...

Jumping onto new thread. Still enjoying opening everything although I haven't tried all the items yet!

Well another one to add to my unopened stash but I not moaning as I haven't tried Diego Dalla Palma.
Full sized & sells for £17.50, so we're definitely getting more than our money's worth.
However I think one mascara in an advent calendar is enough though.

I LOVE the Emma hardie, it leaves my face feeling so clean, I think it makes a real difference to how my face looks the next day. I feel like my make up looks better after I use it, like it looks clearer and my face glows a bit more!
If anyone wants to swap there’s I certainly would!

Not tried this mascara before and it looks like a decent one. Certainly a good size. Bit disappointed we have had two but they do look quite different.

I’m impressed that it’s full size and it’s well reviewed. Personally I’d have preferred just one mascara in the calendar though, replacing it with eyeliner or other makeup, still it will get used eventually

It looks good but I definitely don't need a second new mascara! The other one was black too. However at least this is full size. I found the mini one too short to apply easily.

It's a generous size but two mascaras is too many! I'm a bit worried about the balm cleanser- does anyone who had it last year know if it is likely to cause breakouts (I found I didn't get on with the Liz Earle one)?.

Peonies, poor you- I have been very restrained and am using one thing at a time, but it's not so much fun!

I’ve just tried the mascara. After reading reviews I was a bit wary as people were saying it’s really difficult to apply and can end up over your eyelids if not done with care.
Well so far it’s amazing. It applied really well, I only used on thin coat and it’s made my eyelashes look incredible and like I’m wearing false ones ( I do have them lifted so will help!) it’s still to pass the day as most mascaras, even waterproof ones end up all over my eyes. Will report back to say how it goes

Just tried the mascara and I love it!! The real test will be to see if it lasts the day and how easy it is to remove. M&S calendar is 100% the best value for money

Never heard of this brand, but two mascaras? Would be nice to have some other makeup product instead. Will get used though.

Well this is the first slight disappointment for me - why 2 black mascaras? A brow product would have been better.

This is joining the other black mascara in my regifting pile.

I have another mascara by this brand and it's amazing. Does not budge not matter how much wine miscalculation. I'm keen to try this.

I wonder how they pick what will go into the calendar? Is it just whatever they can get from the different brands?

Oh my goodness this mascara is AMAZING! My lashes are huge. Best mascara I’ve ever tried I think in terms of thickness and length.

I'm fine with another mascara, not very exciting but it will get used. Not today though- I think I've had an allergic reaction to a lip gloss in my other calendar and my lips are all swollen and lumpy so no make up today!

Why another BLACK mascara?

First hint of disappointment for me as I just don't wear enough mascara to be thrilled with two in the calendar. Oh well. Does anybody want to swap something for the Black Magic one?

Also disappointed with another lash boosting mascara. Will add it to my regifting pile too.
