i absolutly love the Moroccan oil my hair looks amazing it makes such a difference. i will defonatly purchase this again.

caggie09 · 21/12/2017 07:20

I like todays, but i always take my makeup off before even washing my face! This would be good for late drunken nights when i cba to take my makeup off! It will come in handy. Only 4 days left to open.

snowflakestar · 21/12/2017 09:32

I don't wear make-up on my skin so this is a bit wasted on me. It says it's good on the delicate eye area but I wear waterproof mascara, so again, not much use. It will probably go in my regifting pile as it's something that will just hang around in the cupboard, not getting used.

Annabelle4 · 21/12/2017 09:51

I don't really like it. My cotton pads are always destroyed with red lipstick, foundation, eyeliner and mascara when I remove my makeup, so I like being able to throw them in the bin Blush

BringMeTea · 21/12/2017 12:13

Meh-ry Christmas! Don’t fall at the final hurdle LF! Grin

missfliss · 21/12/2017 13:15

I'm happy with today's. I use these microfibres cloths or normal flannels to remove makeup with calm cleansers - so for me this is handy!

Balm cleansers ^^

I could use it for the same but I've already got loads of flannels and muslin cloths that I use to remove balms and face masks etc.

At first I thought it was worth the £11.95 on the website but I've just realised that's the price for two cloths.

problembottom · 21/12/2017 17:32

Today’s sounds interesting and feels lovely. Intrigued to try it.

Talisin · 21/12/2017 17:47

I’ve had one of these cloths (different brand though) in my Amazon shopping basket for ages and never got round to buying it so I’m happy with this. Also tried the Elemis moisturiser today and while it’s too heavy for a day where I’d wear makeup, it’s great for a stay-at-home day and my skin feels lovely and soft.

userofthiswebsite · 21/12/2017 21:08

I've 'felt up' tomorrow's item without removing the tissue paper and it feels substantial. It's rectangular and would the right shape for an eyeshadow pallette, or maybe another brush or two in a set.

snowflakestar · 21/12/2017 21:39

!

I've started putting the small box on my bedside table the night before so I don't have to get out of bed to open it in the morning! Not sure what took me so long, I was getting out of bed very early each day because I couldn't wait to open it!

Jaimx86 · 22/12/2017 07:18

Today's is a lovely treat! I wonder if they planned it knowing a lot of people would be going out tonight.

snowflakestar · 22/12/2017 07:24

This is more like it! Something that I wouldn't treat myself to! Don't know anything about this brand but the colours look nice.

Whinesalot · 22/12/2017 07:26

The essie nail polish advent calendar was reduced to £10 in superdrug yesterday. Over £100 worth of products.

caggie09 · 22/12/2017 07:56

I bought the Essie one for £10, bargain! I needed some new colours, so its fabSmile
I like todays, i dont wear eyeshadow so i will use it as a brow palleteGrin

MaccaPaccaismyNemesis · 22/12/2017 08:45

👍 for today's. checked and it's £29 on the LF website. Used already and good pigmentation but not as good as the urban decay palettes IMO.

Paperdove87 · 22/12/2017 09:27

Argh I've just bought Urban Decay so this is very similar to some of them! But will be great as a travel kit so I will probably save it for that.

Annabelle4 · 22/12/2017 11:03

I might re gift this. I bought myself an Urban Decay palette for Christmas and nothing comes close to it.
Nice to get makeup in it for a change though. I hope there will be a mascara 🙏

snowflakestar · 22/12/2017 12:19

I don't really need it as I have a number of Dior eyeshadow palettes, a couple of urban decay ones (which I don't use much because of the amount of glitter) and over 50 MAC eyeshadows! But it's the most exciting thing since the lipstick and I'll probably use it for travel. I'm already regifting six things from this calendar so far!

problembottom · 22/12/2017 19:24

Great colours in this eyeshadow palette, very nice. Smile

snowflakestar · 22/12/2017 19:46

Will try mine tomorrow. I like every colour.

By the way, my numerous eyeshadows (and the rest!) are all from life before children, I haven't spent any money on makeup since having them!

snowflakestar · 23/12/2017 12:11

Today's isn't very exciting. It's a bit small and I can't even find it on the lookfantastic site?!

Paperdove87 · 23/12/2017 12:36

It's got good reviews elsewhere. I tried it this morning and I quite liked it!

DuncanDonut · 23/12/2017 19:30

I've had the mascara on all day, and been out, including by the sea, and it's stayed on ok. It's probably not the holy grail mascara I'm searching for, but it's decent enough.
