I'm very happy with today's! I had a face mask by this brand and it was amazing! Looking forward to reading up on this particular product.

Did you get a different product to the mist, kmmr?

Does everyone else's calendar smell nice when you pull out the drawers? Hoping that nothing has spilt in there!

MathsFiend · 17/12/2017 09:29

What is today’s? Is it just a facial spritz?

Annabelle4 · 17/12/2017 09:32

Can't say mine smells when I open it snowflakestar.

I love today's product, smells divine.

My hair is in amazing condition from the Moroccan oil Shock

Bluebellgal, I think I'd be happy enough for something to last a month if I used it every day.

Annabelle4 · 17/12/2017 09:33

I didn't read it properly, but don't think it was facial. I thought it was a body mist?

snowflakestar · 17/12/2017 10:00

Thanks Annabelle, I've narrowed the smell down to the second drawer down! Hope everything's ok in there.

It's a hydrating facial mist. I've tried it and it smells nice but I felt like I had to apply loads to feel it as the mist is so fine. I currently use an origins hydrating water thing which is great - I really feel a difference with my dry skin when I apply it - so will be interesting to see how it compares.

BringMeTea · 17/12/2017 10:05

I have been looking forward to this as it’s the only item I knew was in the calendar and it’s supposed to be rather good.

Paperdove87 · 17/12/2017 10:07

The soray seems really light. Looking forward to trying the mist! Do I still apply moisturiser as well? Seems like it would be lovely for the summer!

I really would like some more makeup in the calendar but I've been pretty happy so far! Is anyone still totting up hoe Lucy everything is worth?

MathsFiend · 17/12/2017 12:25

Hmmm.... tried it, can’t say I noticed any difference. Though I think facial spritzers may be a bit “emporer’s new clothes” for me.

InfiniteSheldon · 17/12/2017 12:59

The eyebrow thingy is too light for me so I've given that one away first one I've not liked I love the spray smells divine

problembottom · 17/12/2017 20:42

Ahh so it’s a facial mist. Looks lovely but it’ll have to wait as I’m loving my This Works, Caudalie and Korres too much. My skin feels ever so soft atm.

snowflakestar · 18/12/2017 07:23

I've never tried this lip balm so I'm happy with today's. The size is a bit small though - 4ml, when 15ml costs £12.

I'm not too fussed on the mist so far, I don't feel or notice a difference. I'll stick to my Origins once I've used it up (which although looks like water is called a 'lotion' which might be why it feels nicer).

InfiniteSheldon · 18/12/2017 07:25

Blimey it's hard to get any out. Nice but a bit meh from me

snowflakestar · 18/12/2017 07:34

Yeah, having tried it I'm not that impressed. It's similar to Lansinoh I guess, which although was great while I was bf never did anything for my lips (people also rave about it for lips). Will stick to Burts Bees.

woofmiaowwoof · 18/12/2017 07:44

Agree - can only hope we’ve got a few duds before a blistering finale :)

Paperdove87 · 18/12/2017 08:35

It was really hard to get out but I quite like it. My lips are very glossy. Which makes wonder if that's what people want in a nipple balm...

missfliss · 18/12/2017 08:42

Love the spray - used it then serum straight on top. It's a treat. Smelled delicious and skin nicely hydrated. I don't think I'll rebuy but I will use this one up happily just for the smell!

Eyebrow pencil, I liked it. I have darkish brows but will just use this on quick days for the shape really ( faster than using my benefit one with angled brush).

Today's is ok. I use lanolin anyway for my lips, and this is handy. Just very small....

I was pleased with today's as I've been wanting to try this for a while! They could have been a bit more generous with the size though...

Really love the facial spritz from yesterday, it's not something I would normally buy or use but the bottle is so pretty! It feels really refreshing as well and seems to make my skin look a bit nicer.

caggie09 · 18/12/2017 19:35

Ive wanted to try this product, but gosh, its tiny! Agree that they could of given us abit more. Ive really enjoyed this calendar, ill be getting it next year too. Not long left to go though😧

snowflakestar · 18/12/2017 20:00

I've also enjoyed it, I'll get it again next year too. I wish I'd got an advent calendar to open in January as well :D

problembottom · 18/12/2017 20:35

Good one to pop in my handbag, I do get very dry lips. And nipples.

BewareOfDragons · 18/12/2017 21:39

I think today's was a bit miserly in size. It really should have been the normal size, as that isn't even that big or expensive. Hmm

BluebellGal · 18/12/2017 21:49

I’ve been using this daily for 6 weeks- it might be small but it keeps on giving!

BubbaLips · 18/12/2017 23:26

i thought the mist was a body spray and have been spraying it on like perfume.

Youcanstayundermyumbrella · 18/12/2017 23:32

Hello! Been lurking away because I was catching up with my calendar after being away for work.

I've had beauty advent calendars in the past but been unsure about what to do with products and unproductively 'saved them up' and then barely used them so this thread has been so good for me.

Anyway, I've used the brow pencil tonight after initially dismissing it as most similar products are too scarily coloured for mousy features. It is amazing on me. Gives me incredibly natural looking shapes brows in seconds. If anyone wants to get rid of theirs just shout. I have some unopened things for swaps so say what you'd like and I'll see if it's lurking.

BubbaLips · 19/12/2017 00:10

Youcanstayundermyumbrella what a great idea about swapping unopen items that we wont use. i for one would be intrested in doing that.
