Booked it and going for it. My hair looks shit poker straight so I'm going curly! Hoping to look fabulous and bouncy rather than Charlene from Neighbours but I'm very excited all the same!

I think it's going to look even better after the initial 48hrs.

I've been having a perm for years, it's great, so easy to manage and looks lovely. My modern hairdresser knows what to do, however... Have just moved towns and need to find new hairdresser so v worried. Made him write down what lotion and rollers I have and as OH is at his hairdressers right now I've asked him to see if they do non old womeny perms (live in older demographic area now!)
