Lovely nails Shop, try and enjoy the party, what are scented stars, I like the sound of those? I think I stumbled across your page on Pin today when I searched a Whistles shirt I had ordered in the sale yesterday, its a giraffe print one, is it nice? I've ordered the dress in the same print as well but only intend to keep one as there's only so much giraffe print a person needs!

Viva the giraffe print shirt is fab. As is my latest giraffe print sweater but yes I need to stop now with the print

Winter star

Have been reunited with my family (14 of us) for 4 days of festive celebrations. Horrid cold going round. We are on a cocktail of champagne and strepsils .

My nails are wearing this gorgeous colour - it was in the advent calendar and I love it.

Oh no Marsha!!

Another day spent lazing in the sun here. I have been wearing this bikini today and as sun is going down I have just put this cover up on. I was dubious when I bought it last year but it works. A woman walked past me earlier and said I looked beautiful. I am still grinning.

We have Christmas Eve dinner at a celebrity chef restaurant so let's up the meal lives up to the price tag!

Wow, I can't quite believe it's Christmas Eve.
fedup once I eventually got hold of a plumber, the problem was solved within minutes. Basically a pipe connector had broken.

Went to friends last night and wore navy lace blouse and navy velvet shoes. Going to the pub tonight and will wear glitter shoes.

Here on the continent we celebrate on Christmas Eve so I am getting ready for an evening with my Dps.

I am probably going to wear an old Chinti & Parker dress with my Chanel jacket and necklace and my trusty Manolos.

And my new sapphire ring for a bit of extra bling

Not sure yet what I'll wear for Christmas Day at DPils tomorrow but maybe a navy APC dress.

Evening all

Back from a whirlwind of a week - Milan was magical, great to spend time with DH but it has made today a challenge after our flight was delayed and I missed the grocery delivery . Anyway, all resolved now but I don't recommend the aggro! DS did a lovely reading at Christingle this evening, I was so proud!

We've had a super festive day with a bracing dog walk, Xmas market and ice rink, children's church service and finally mulled wine and pub.

We have had a lovely few days catching up with old friends and family. Hosted a party today, wore my new REDValentino white Victorian shirt with and navy wool VW tartan mini that is years old but got lots of compliments.

Merry Christmas everyone. In a supreamly non Vogue way I can announce that Gooey Louey is the hit of the morning in the Liberty household .

Didn't get to bed until 4am! Up before 6 with kids Still, got a bit of an 'early Xmas present' from DH so was worth it, on balance

On to actual presents... I was very lucky to find the Sophia Webster sandals I have wanted for months, an Aspinal mini trunk clutch and a Bella Freud jumper under the tree, plus some tickets for lots of fun events next year. DH got an Armani tie, McQueen cufflinks, lots of CDs/DVDs etc and his trip to Milan. Both happy, I think!

Kids are going MENTAL. I am hiding in the bath with champagne.

No early start here thank goodness , Turkey cooking away, fizz chilling, all is calm and quiet.......

until the dgc's arrive (any minute now) and it will be the usual Christmas chaos

Having a lovely day here. DD very happy with all her toys, DH also pleased with his gifts and smelling rather wonderful in his new Tom Ford cologne. I am very pleased with a yellow bag and marine blue cashmere scarf (both Boden).

And as a surprise present DH bought me a sewing machine which I am thrilled about!!! I keep talking about buying one but always put it off as I think I won't use it enough to justify etc. But I hand sewed a last minute Christmas top for DD a couple of weeks ago and he decided after watching me thoroughly enjoy myself doing it that it's a hobby I would really enjoy so he did a little research and bought one . He's now cooking Xmas lunch which is duck with all the trimmings - yum.
